Key news on local roads. French lawyer M. Poisson d’Avril’s FOI request reveals the 1825 Devizes Improvement Commission Act wasn’t fully repealed by later legislation. WCC must now replace Devizes tarmac with stone setts. Local drivers have welcomed this as an improvement.
