.@Chris_Boardman says it was "unfortunate" that the latest DfT data showed a decrease in cycling because it was shown in isolation. Car usage was down 23% and train use 47%; in fact, active travel was the most robust of all modes in that period. @activetraveleng @TransportCttee

Cummings said he warned about i.a. corona virus in 2019. Thing is, he didn't. References to SARS and corona virus were added to his blog post on pandemic risks sometime between April and May of this year.
