Today is December 21st, the shortest day of the year. It still has 24 hours, but the fewest daylight minutes. It always feels like a dark day. It is also the day before the anniversary of my Dadβs transition to spirit.

December 21 will be the day of least sunlight minutes in the Northern hemisphere. Some say the darkest day of the year. December 22 is the one year anniversary of losing my Dad. December 22 will be a hard day - my darkest day of the year.
An incredible stone sculpture by my friend, David Maracle. She is who she was created to be. Her culture is honoured. David also wrote a wonderful poem. #TruthandReconciliationDay
