Such entitlement! Such inhumanity! Human beings are the only species that stoop so low!
Casteism + Classism + Apartheid = Indian gated societies.

My dear friends, please, I hope to demand your absolute attention to this matter: In 2018, my junior from St. John’s Medical College, Bengaluru, Dr. Randall Sequeira (middle in the pic), trekked up a steep, bauxite-rich plateau in Odisha to hold a monsoon health camp in the indigenous Kutiya Kondh village of Kutrumali. In a piece he wrote then titled "Kutrumali’s Demons," Randall described sleeping under a dripping school roof in freezing fog, borrowing utensils from a local health worker to cook khichdi, and waking up at 6 AM to a line of tribal mothers. He wrote with heartbreak about treating malnourished toddlers with protruding bellies and visible ribs, listening to stories of stillbirths and chronic fevers, while noticing the shiny new solar lights installed by a mining conglomerate eyeing the aluminium ore beneath the villagers' feet. Comparing his small medical team to hobbits sheltering in the night, Randall worried about the outside forces coming for that fragile village. Randall stayed with the tribal/ adivasi community to serve them. After St. John’s and an MD in Internal Medicine from SMS Jaipur, he gave up every comfort of urban medicine to live in Kalahandi, recognizing that clinical prescriptions are meaningless when indigenous communities are stripped of their forests, water, and dignity. On the night of October 16, Odisha police picked up Dr. Randall Sequeira and Dalit activist Laxman Naik at 11 PM from his home in Bhawanipatna. A gentle physician who has spent years trekking up hills to save tribal children is now locked in Rayagada sub-jail under frivolous but draconian charges (attempt to murder, dacoity), simply for standing with Adivasis peaceful protesting the mining of their sacred hills in Sijimali and Kutrumali. thewire.in/rights/randall-se… Odisha Govt. said it will cut down forests to connect tribal villages. But it was a way to bypass green laws and fast track London based Vedanta’s, and Adani's mining plans. Local organisations estimate that around 45 villages depend on these hills and would be affected. reporters-collective.in/trc/… The state has answered with repression rather than dialogue. In the last three years, at least 43 police cases have been filed and over a hundred Adivasis and Dalits, both women and men, have been incarcerated in Odisha jails. For example, from In March and april 2026, 8, 2026, to April 8, 2026, within one month, 24 people were sent to jail, 217 were made accused, and the number of “others” total 1,140. An activist who was not named in the original FIRs, but has since been implicated in about 12 cases, so that bail in one case is followed by arrest in another. This pattern of capture and releases have been used to crush rational dissent. Dr. Randall understood that being a good doctor means understanding that prescriptions cannot compensate for the denial of land rights, that surgery cannot undo displacement and that no medical can substitute for the basic infrastructure a government has failed to provide. thehindu.com/sci-tech/health… To my fellow medical fraternity, and every citizen with a conscience: a kind physician who embodies the highest ethics of our profession is being criminalized to clear the way for bauxite mining. Please do not let his voice be buried in a sub-jail. Amplify this, demand due process, and demand the immediate release. Please sign in this form to show solidarity: forms.gle/o2Rj2Uu3tXaoWu9dA If anyone can help out in this situation please reach out to Medico Friend Circle - mfcindia.org/

Do you remember 2006? When 5 year old Prince fell into a 55 foot borewell in Haldaheri, an entire nation lost its sleep. For nearly 50 hours, millions sat glued to their TV screens, praying, weeping, and holding their breath together as the Indian Army, ITBP, and rescue teams dug through the earth. The Prime Minister issued public prayers, and a single child became the heartbeat of 1.2 billion people. Back then, one life mobilized the collective soul of a whole country. And today? A illegal five-storey building collapses in Delhi’s Satya Niketan, burying innocent students under tons of concrete kids like 20 year old Abhishek, 18-year-old Akshat, 19-year-old Arpit, 17-year-old Pawan, and 20-year-old Yuvraj. Young souls who left their small towns to chase big dreams, calling out "Save us, save us!" into their phones from under the dark rubble. While young bodies were being pulled out of the debris, the PM of this country were busy attending events. And how did we react as a nation ? It passed like just another headline. Another routine news segment between commercial breaks. A few dry press releases, a couple of suspensions, and then... absolute silence. It isn't just students who died under those ruins it is our humanity, our anger, and our collective conscience that died. In 2006, saving a life was a sacred national emergency. Today, dead students are just administrative collateral damage, absorbed into the news cycle before the dust even settles. When did we become this numb? When did we stop caring? hindustantimes.com/india/lit…

Placing a minimised, camouflaged image of our national emblem at the feet of a compromised and increasingly unpopular PM is an insult to our national symbol. No individual is above the emblem. This act by BJP Goa deserves to be widely condemned - including by those within the BJP. The national emblem represents the Republic of India, not the political or personal fortunes of any party. Strict legal action must be taken against those responsible.

CJP is playing a very dangerous game, the one that this country has seen multiple times, the one that has fooled masses and yet we fail to identify it at its outset. I have always been wary of unorganized movements (for lack of a better word) they're at best astroturf movements which is propped up to benefit a specific political party. The pattern is very simple, pick-up a populist issue that has no social ties ---> project yourself as the voice of populists ---> gain credibility ---> endorse a political party when the elections are close or not endorse anyone but just leave hints. Results: Masses are left confused and fragmented. "Unregistered" comes with a privilege of unaccountable and non responsible. You know who else is unregistered? IAC and RSS. Happy to be proven wrong.

OPEN LETTER TO RAHUL GANDHI. Dear Rahul Gandhi, @RahulGandhi I am writing this as a civilian who wants to see real political change, not merely a change of government. Congress has an opportunity today that it has not had for many years. Your growing popularity, your outreach to ordinary people, and your focus on social justice, employment, education, democracy and economic inequality have created a new connection with many voters. But I believe this opportunity can be lost if the party continues to depend on the same legacy politicians in constituencies where people are desperately looking for new leadership. In many constituencies, there are Congress leaders who have been in politics for decades but have contributed very little to the actual development of their constituencies. They are inactive, disconnected from young people and often do not effectively communicate Congress’s ideology or your initiatives. Many do not even actively amplify your social media campaigns, speeches or issues that you are raising nationally. Some of these leaders are extremely powerful locally. They have large businesses, sugar mills, political networks and significant wealth. But political influence and wealth are not the same as good leadership. The question voters ask is simple: What have they actually done for the constituency? Many of these politicians still practise an old style of politics. They behave more like local bosses than public servants. Instead of presenting a clear vision for developing infrastructure, education, employment, healthcare, industries and opportunities for young people, they operate through personal networks and influence. Some of these politicians were rejected by voters in 2014 because people were angry with the old political system. Yet, in some places, the same political families and the same faces continue to dominate the choices available to voters. This is where I believe you have a historic opportunity to do something different. India Needs a New Generation of Politicians We need young, educated and energetic people who understand modern governance, technology, infrastructure, entrepreneurship and employment. We need leaders who understand that being an MLA or MP is not about becoming the boss of a constituency. It is about becoming its servant. A good representative should be able to answer basic questions: ●What is the five-year development plan for the constituency? ●How will infrastructure improve? ●How will young people get better employment opportunities? ●How will education and healthcare improve? ●How will new businesses and industries be attracted? ●What will be done for farmers and workers? ●How will government funds be used transparently? ●What measurable changes will people see after five years? People want leaders who can answer these questions. Unfortunately, in some constituencies, voters do not have a genuine choice. Political families have dominated for decades. In some cases, different members of the same political family are connected to different political parties, including the BJP. This makes it extremely difficult for ordinary voters to completely break away from established political families. That is why Congress needs to create new political options for voters. Rahul Ji, your biggest strength today is that you have the popularity and credibility to build the party differently. You can give opportunities to young, educated and capable people who have never had access to traditional political power. Congress does not necessarily need to depend on powerful local politicians to win every constituency. In many places, Congress can win because of the credibility and popularity associated with your leadership, provided the candidate represents the future rather than the past. 1/3

Supreme Court allows convicted rape-of-minor convict Asaram Bapu a full-time trained caregiver of his choice in jail. Years earlier, 83-year-old undertrial Father Stan Swamy, suffering from Parkinson’s, had to fight for weeks just to get a straw and sipper so he could drink water without spilling. Medical bail repeatedly denied. He died in custody. Same system. Same courts. Vastly different urgency for basic human dignity. Selective compassion isn’t justice. It’s the opposite.

Dear People, ✊🏽🚨 When an authoritarian Home Minister and an authoritarian Prime Minister concentrate all the power of the nation in their hands when they control the country’s immense wealth, its sources of wealth, the entire police machinery, and every enforcement agency yet choose to wage a one-sided war against defenseless, peaceful, constitutionalist students, young people, and their own citizens, it reveals something important. When they unleash the police and enforcement agencies against individuals, young women, women, helpless Adivasis, and vulnerable Muslims; when they deploy bullets, AK-47s, and even Israeli-made pellet guns against them, it should be understood that the dictator is afraid. He has lost faith in his weapons, so he keeps testing them. He has lost faith in his police force, so he keeps deploying it. Such dictators have no future, because they relentlessly try to crush the very people who represent the nation’s future. For the sake of India’s sovereignty, democracy, Constitution, peace, and progress, it would be better if the Modi–Shah regime were no longer in power. The youth of this country will remove it as soon as they can. No matter how many police forces are deployed or how many guns are fired, people have realized one thing: those who refuse to live in fear are the ones whom Modi and Shah truly fear.

Dear Countrymen, 🚨 The Gujarat Model’s witch-hunt has begun. ⚠️ I had warned about this in my latest interview with Mayur Jani ji @mayurjani 1) Mohd. Junaid, the man who fed the protesters at Jantar Mantar, was picked up by Delhi Police from Delhi, on the night between 24-7-26 and 25-07-2026. He was blind-folded and taken to Uttarakhand (5 hrs drive from Delhi), kept their overnight, questioned about source of funds, how he managed to feed the protesters continuously. Later he was again blind-folded and dropped at a place in Mussoorie from where he took a cab and came back to Delhi. 2) Delhi Police has told SM platform to remove “objectionable videos and posts” targeting PM Modi. 3) The cases registered against Young boys and girls in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Patna and accross the country, are not yet withdrawn. No signs of the same happening. During the IAC 1.0 protests I have personally seen that they were distributing dry fruits (almonds) to the protesters. ❓Did the Delhi Police ask the Anna Andolan protesters about the source of funds for Dry fruits❓ ❓Did the Delhi Police ask the 3Ds (Dipke, Das, Dahiya), Ranka of CJP about the source of their funds for such large scale protests going on over 20 days❓ Ofcourse not❗️ ▪️You can also compare the crackdown of Delhi Police on protesting Farmers, at Shaheen Bagh, on Umar Khalid, with that on the core of CJP - the 3Ds, Ranka etc. ❓Can you see the Muslim intolerance of the Police under Amit Shah❓ ❓Can you see that only some protests and protesters are made out to be the Heroes while others are dealt with ruthlessly❓ 👀 Do you see how the Sangh, RW ecosystem is trying to carve out the space for itself in the Opposition and plant its elements - the AAP, the CJP, the Wangchuks etc there❓

The game of fraud CJP 1) Everything was well-planned. 2) NEET anger was real. Govt. was spooked. 3) Overnight, AAP supplied some boys for forming "CJP", and took full instructions from Modi, Shah, RSS. 4) Dipke was launched with fanfare. A non-entity, raised to minor stardom, to lead Jantar Mantar protest. 5) Goal - a controlled (fake) opposition to derail actual anger and opposition. Standard RSS modus operandi. 6) Drama started. But game wasn't getting built. So Sonam was urgently dropped into the scene. 7) Problem was that now actual Gen Z joined in, as their troubles were real, and deeply entrenched (way more than NEET scandals). 8) Govt. was spooked. Things spiralled out of control. A pan-India movement was born. They beat up students which led to a revolt. 9) CJP was spooked as well. They kept engaging in private talks with Modi team, where they were scolded repeatedly for not doing what they were supposed to. 10) Then Pradhan was removed. 11) Immediately, CJP happily took a presser with Modi Team to end all agitation and asked everyone to go home. This is where we are. Remember: CJP is fake. It is Anna Part 2 (IAC 2). It was their misreading of Indian youth's problems that they birthed a national movement that won't stop now. Because Gen Z's problems are very deep and structural now. Stop trusting these fakes.

Courage: The half-submerged tribal women of MP who lay on pyres and stood beneath nooses, just to save their rivers, their forests, and their land. The thousands who marched yesterday in Delhi, asking for accountability. The girl from Bihar who boarded a crowded general-compartment of a train with 20 rupees in her pocket because she thought showing up matters. The journalist who ran, coughed, wiped the tear gas off her eyes, and kept reporting. The young girl, under a rain of batons, asked the police, "Am I not like your child?” The labourer who sat in solidarity, very aware of the day’s wages he is going to lose. The young doctors who dressed wounds while being beaten up themselves. The rickshaw driver who ferried students to the protest for free. The blind man who couldn’t see the crowd but handed water bottles to everyone. The strangers who anonymously sent food and the volunteers who served. The boy from MP, who brought peanuts and an onion in a tiffin box to a protest that met with batons and tear gas. The brave student who after being struck on the shin with a baton, asked for another blow. Those who stood, when standing came at a price. When overcome by fear, courage was the only option. History will remember those who looked at a nailed baton in the eye and did not flinch. Te remind us that our nation was, is and will forever be, of the people.

Let’s see what CJP has achieved till now 1. Within 2 days of secret confinement, Sonam was ready to end indefinite hunger strike 2. Sonam’s wife demanded opposition raise issue in parliament… something Congress was already doing 3. Rahul Gandhi was effectively raising the issue through Goonj. But CJP and their constant attention hogging drama by Dipke and Arpit effectively sidelined the issue. 4. The entire students movement became Sonam’s movement while achieving nothing substantial 5. Other big scams like Mandir donation theft abd ethanol got sidelined 6. This “planned” protest will be used as a pressure release moment for the public

I agree. There is an urgent need to save BEST. Public transport is the lifeline of a city.
Private buses on the Bandra Worli Sealink bus lane! That too CityFlo, which we had exposed had no relevant permissions but was being promoted by the government. Only nominal BEST bus services on Coastal Road and the Sealink, despite the fact that the reclamation was allowed on the condition that dedicated BEST bus lanes would be there. It took months for a single bus service to start on the Coastal Road. Instead of BEST which has the highest coverage in South Mumbai, CityFlo was given priority for metro feeder services for Metro 3! I reiterate there is a conspiracy to weaken BEST to see to it that these private buses take over. I demand that private buses be banned on this route and BEST bus services be increased. #Mumbai #BESTBus #CoastalRoad #PublicTransport

And yet there will be morons asking: What is Rahul Gandhi doing? Why isn't Congress protesting?
NSUI and Indian Youth Congress have done more than 50 protests across the country on NEET and CBSE issues in the last one month. 12 May 2026 – NSUI, New Delhi: Protested outside Shastri Bhawan after the cancellation of NEET-UG 2026 over paper leak. 13 May 2026 – NSUI, New Delhi: Continued demonstrations against alleged failures in conducting NEET-UG fairly. This is my last tweet on CJP scam, for June 2026 1) The fake CJP (= IAC 2 = AAP) was given a well-planned and sanitized CJP protest for today. In Delhi's heart. Peaceful. No water cannons. No lathi beatings. No chaos. No one falling dropping crying. Everything calm and sanitized. From the airport to the end at 5 pm. Clean, white, pure. Delhi Police gently aiding the protestors, as if India were a real democracy. Absolute non-entities turning into heroes out of the blue. No outrageous demands like "Resign Modi", "Resign Shah", nothing. Just Pradhan. A non-entity. Low-hanging fruit. Cool. All steam released. Gen-Z sentiment caged. 2) This is what Indian liberals love. Sanitized experiences. This is why most of them have knowingly (or otherwise) decided to support IAC 2 scam. As for YT liberals, I guess many frauds were simply bought out. 3) We must thank Modi Shah Bhagwat for this new experiment. It exposes everyone completely. It's their resounding victory. Once more. 4) When Mahatma Gandhi's own grandson starts supporting fake fraud CJP like scams, one can see the depth of 'ideological confusion' and the simple ways Modi rose to power, and will not be removed anytime soon. It's not his strength. It's our weakness. 5) Next 5 years, and the time till 2040 will be very interesting and era-defining. As I have repeatedly written, final change comes starting 2040. My next tweet on CJP scam will come in July. Thanks for tremendous response to my views.

Mumbai had ~4000 buses. Truly @myBESTBus. Now down to ~2800 buses with city owning only ~130 buses. They privatised it to contractors who cut corners with wet lease drivers and poor maintenance causing rise in incidents.
Transit frequency and supply is 101 for successful bus transport. 3/5 Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) buses in frame are electric. The number of E-buses in Delhi has already exceeded 4,500, with a target to reach 7,000 by the end of 2026 #WorldEnvironmentDay
