My favorite barbecue sauce — BBQUE — and it’s from Bavaria. It has a balanced sweet tang and the most natural smoky flavors I’ve found in a bottle. But t just disappeared from rohlik.cz as I was about to order more. It’s still available on Allegro.cz

I’ve developed a serious addiction to Kunin’s rice & semolina puddings. They are just so… refreshing. Not too sweet. I struggle to decide which I like better. My dealer’s name is Albert 😉
At Sandwich Rodeo, get a load of these loaded Thai Disco Fries. A boatload of sweet/savory masaman curry sauce, tender, grilled chicken, melted cheese, peanuts & coriander. A bombo of a combo, 295 Kč. Their brewed ice tea with perfect sweet-tart levels is my all-time favorite
They don’t name names but… yuck! Half the ice cream tested did not meet hygiene limits.

Hot Honey sandwich from Hoxton Fried Chicken via Wolt. Crunchy coated thigh, chopped pickles, ranch dressing on a Martin’s potato bun, 218 Kč. Not as spicy/sweet as I’d hoped, the flavor was pickle forward. Tender meat, not very large but reasonable for the price. Good fries.

This thick beast of a cheeseburger is now on the menu at Automat Matuška JZP. Flame-grilled, rare ground beef (170g) on a nicely toasted bun with mustard-mayo, pickles & sweet onion jam like from Marks & Spencer, 304 Kč. I liked it, a nice break from the smash burger trend.

But during the autumn, I’ve fallen in love.
Curried beef patty from Clyde’s Jamaican Kitchen. A meaty, spicy & tasty snack with coconut cream & sweet tangy sauces, 160 Kč. Filled me up, didn’t slow me down and that Clyde’s a charmer. Wednesdays only at JzP square farmers market.
