He doesn't need a ranking to validate the caliber player he is. But as a sophomore, the upside is huge and I've said it from day 1!!!! Keep lazor focus and working 🙌🏿

Yes sir!!!! Those camps, gameday visits, unofficial and official visits are also part of that interview process.
The recruit who treats his high school season like a 10-game job interview is the recruit who ends up signed
Every practice. Every game. Every interaction with a coach or teammate.
It is all being evaluated whether you know it or not
Play like somebody is always watching. Because during the evaluation period, somebody probably is

Another under the radar young DB coach @JohnathanbRiley who knows his craft!!! If that JUCO route is in the cards, tap in! But understand, you will be given nothing and expected to work for everything!

Kid has been special since he was a frosh! Decided not to play his sophomore year when I was OC for his school’s team! Glad I got him to come back out! Definitely more to come! @NickFarman55 @CoachGriffSBVC @dhglover @CoachMcCannJSG @D1Perfomance @

20/20 vision is not even necessary to see that my guy @evancrusader_ is a special talent. He never feels he's reached his destination, only how much more work needs done. His individual lab hours are ridiculous!!! He doesn't know the word excuse, just work!!
A few highlights from the 270 hoops camp. Team won the whole thing. Ready for season with @JohnnyFaddoul and @HolyNameHoops .

Absolutely a great young man and when you see his athletism, it is off the chart! You want a selfless baller who does all things that may not show up on the stat sheet. Proud of my guy and keep working @LymerMase 💪🏿
After an incredible visit, I'm excited to announce that I received an offer from @OWUHoops . Thank you, Coach DeWitt and @CoachDAlbanese , for a great visit and for believing in me. I really appreciate the opportunity!
