Sam Smith rose to fame with the voice of an angel and the silhouette of a walrus. Then came inflatable trousers, impossible pronouns (he said he wanted to be a “fisherthem”), and “body positivity” (which means being morbidly obese and being proud about it).
As he took himself more seriously and focused on his gender identity instead of his music, the public lost interest. His latest album Hazel Eyes has flopped, selling just a few thousand copies on its launch. Where did it all go wrong, and with sales like this, will he be able to afford his tab at Greggs?

If you get off on wearing a red jacket, then it's a fetish. If you wear it just because you like how it looks on you, then it isn't.
Artificial breasts imitate a sex-specific physical characteristic and therefore carry additional meanings that a jacket does not.
If you can't see the difference between wearing a jacket that offends nobody and creating the appearance of having a secondary sex characteristic associated with the opposite sex and upsetting many people of subordinate status, then I'm not sure I can dumb down to your level.
