Three DAT Radar treasury stocks disclosed material changes this week. $MSTR — Strategy bought 811 BTC for $65.5M between 26 Oct and 1 Nov, at an average $80,846 per BTC. Holdings reached 849,327 BTC. It also raised $164M through MSTR share sales and repurchased $208.2M of STRC. $BMNR — Bitmine added 8,573 ETH over the week. Holdings reached 6,060,506 ETH as of 1 Nov, including 5,227,037 ETH staked. The company reported $498M of cash and marketable securities. $PURR — Hyperliquid Strategies reported $12.3M of quarterly staking and validator revenue and $620.6M of net income, driven largely by an $803M unrealized HYPE gain. It reported 38.9M HYPE including rewards as of 28 Oct. A subsidiary filed an FCM application, and shareholders approved issuance that may exceed 19.99% of common stock. Important: PURR’s disclosed 9.1M HYPE acquisition was activity during the quarter ended 30 Sep—not a new purchase this week. What the reporting shows: • Two transfers of 2,140.03 BTC and 2,119.31 BTC • Sending wallets labeled by Arkham as “2028 Convertible Notes Collateral” • Destination attributed to Crypto.com What remains unknown: • The purpose of the transfer • Whether the BTC changed beneficial ownership • Whether any BTC was sold • Whether Trump Media’s treasury balance changed #Bitcoin #DJT

American Bitcoin’s Q3 reserve grew by approximately 425 BTC, from about 8,002 BTC to 8,427 BTC.
