His body begins to transform into something he can barely control, and the man who once made a living pretending to be someone else gradually loses control over his own identity. That’s what makes this version of Clayface so disturbing. He can imitate practically anyone, change his face at will, and become almost anything — yet he can’t simply return to being himself.
