It took me until right now to realize that before Orsan can even get into the celebration, there's already a South Carolina player in the middle of a backflip behind him

Brandon Cisse makes two touchdown-saving plays after the negated interception.
Awesome response from the rookie
Beamer: Hasn't watched Sellers' TD run as many times as you'd think today. Ran it back five times in slo-mo in the team meeting.
"Heck of a play, heck of an individual effort ... what a stud."
Beamer: SEC has a policy, concerned about safety for both teams. But his job is just to coach a team and earn that kind of moment at the end.
(Response to the field-storming and the fans-UT players interactions)
Beamer: Carter Miller was available but the best option was to rest him if they could.
Went into the game wanting to get Shed Sarratt a little bit of work and did so. He and Peak played a lot.
Beamer: Talked four downs before the field goal before halftime. Then didn't like how they played second and third, so switched to the FG.
Had three timeouts, so was thinking could use those on the next UT drive and perhaps score again. But Vols scored a TD.
Beamer: "Intense" being inside the field-storming. Was trying to shake Heupel's hands but neither coach was able to get to the other.
Then, "How do we get out of here?" But it was awesome.
Beamer: Talked with Vicari Swain and got to "play for us." Just cannot have some of the retaliation stuff.
Play the technique, stay focused. He's played a lot of good football but stuff like last night just cannot happen.
Shane Beamer on his teleconference: "Gritty," "physical" are buzzwords about the Tennessee game. Proud of the team for responding and playing strongly in the second half.
Really good shape with injuries coming out of the game.
FINAL: South Carolina 77, Campbell 68 (exh.)
The Gamecocks begin their season at 7 p.m. on Nov. 3 by hosting Stetson.
Kory Mincy's shooting lines have not been pretty against Wake or Campbell, but he certainly knows how to stick a dagger into the opponent.
His stop and pop puts USC up five with 30.8 seconds to go.
Mincy grabs a carom, off and running, lob to Fernandez and he scores with the foul as the Camels were too late and too behind to get to him.
USC up 67-66 at the under-4 with an FT coming.
