this is the kind of thing that sounds good in a marketing meeting but has no real use also just found out that ternus was the guy responsible for the touch bar starting to get worried

even the new Apple TV 4K has no business costing 299 USD when the previous model was only 149 USD. For what it does, $299 is overly expensive and not worth it.

has apple pivoted to being a company that purely exists to extract as much money from tech bros as possible?

Am I the only one who doesn’t think a touchscreen MacBook is needed? Especially in the $3000+ MacBook pros. If anything, a touchscreen makes the most sense in a MacBook Air that a lot of students and casual users buy. What does a professional need or want a touchscreen for? Be prepared to have smudgy screens.

That's how the creator ecosystem works for Apple. While the company has acknowledged the issue, this "tech reviewer" is gaslighting genuine customers. Such commentary also allows the company to get away with what would be major kerfuffle elsewhere.

Apple should be grateful every single day for the rest of their existence for that decision by Trump to ban Huawei. This was the company that was going to topple them, because they're very innovative.

tbh theyre making the same mistake they made with the touchbar. like developers arent gonna maximize this touch features for a mac if it’s only available for (a pro-er version of) Macbook Pros

Apple has all the ingredients to make an incredible Apple Pencil experience with iMac Studio. Frankly the iMac would benefit more from a touchscreen than the MacBook Pros.
