Fake claim gets over 1.6M views and about 10k reposts!
Hindutva fake news peddler @HinduVoice_in spread a video claiming that a 4-year-old Hindu girl was abducted and raped by Muslims in Madaripur, Bangladesh.
The claim is FALSE.
The incident is from last month and the girl was allegedly raped/sexually assaulted by her neighbor and relative Chandan Sarker, aka Prem Sarker.
The accused Chandan Sarker is also a Hindu.
The video shows Police and local leaders came to support the family, while at that time the mother of the victim was pleading and crying.
This video of the mother pledging moment was twisted by the propaganda handle, which fabricated an abduction, added a communal angle and accused Muslims to the alleged rape.
And this is how they are creating a false narrative of Hindu persecution in Bangladesh.
