My companies insurance plan elected a plan that excludes trans healthcare as a whole WHICH IS LEGAL and I had to get 500 dollar a month private insurance to get coverage The only thing codified into law in SOME states is they can’t Say no if it’s technically covered in the plan

This infuriates me. I and most democrats are proud pro trans allies—in a time where it would be easy to not be. We do it anyway because it’s the right thing to do. To have my support and allyship be billed as “abandonment” is a slap in the face honestly.
