I’ve been watching this Braxton Family Values marathon and Iyanla was right when she said their parents are the source of their dysfunction. The father doesn’t take accountability for breaking up the family and their mom wants them to hate their dad to show loyalty.

When my dad was first diagnosed with dementia he went missing for almost 3 weeks. He was basically roaming around the Bay Area. Getting on different buses, but couldn’t figure out how to get home. I was only able to keep track of him because the lady at the bank felt so bad for me that she would tell me if he had had a transaction on his card the previous day so I could know if he was still alive. I had basically got to the point where I was starting to accept that we might not find him. My auntie (his sister) posted these pictures on her story and the Cousin group chat went up. It don’t matter if your brother is missing and has dementia you gotta get sympathy from the heauxs‼️‼️‼️‼️
The issue with the Chloe discourse is it’s the same people complaining every time. If you think she’s corny, too sexual, etc then stop tuning in every time. Not every artist is going to be your cup of tea and that is OKAY! The constant pile-ons are weird and excessive.
This goes for most of the young black R&B girls. It’s one thing to joke or laugh at something that is actually funny here and there but they are met with such vitriol every time they release anything. And most of them don’t bother anybody!

The crazy thing is that Gabby was NOT embraced. In what world?! “Precious” became a SLUR!!
They treated her very poorly for the way she looked, people didn’t start being nicer until she was in Empire and found out she was bubbly.
I think this shows that Raven was actually envious of Gabby’s confidence. Gabby was not embraced at all in fact she was treated far worse than Raven but Gabby still shows up with confidence despite that.
