The Timberwolves won the clincher against Denver without Ayo Dosunmu (21.8 PPG this series), Anthony Edwards (18.5) and Donte DiVincenzo (10.8).
They are the first team in NBA history to win a playoff game while missing 3 or more players who averaged 10+ PPG in that series 🔥

Anthony Edwards and Nikola Jokic combined for 100 points
and instead of the game being decided by them we got Scott Foster taking matters into his own hands
amazing representation of the sport

MINNESOTA SPORTS TONIGHT
- Wolves up 24 on Bucks with ten mins left, give up 34-3 run, lose massive game. Would’ve been 4th in West with win, now might be 8th
- Griffin Jax literally throws away the game for Twins with awful error in KC. Pablo Lopez left with apparent injury. Buxton golden sombrero. They’re 3-8

Hell of a season for @PHEEsespieces you put the team and city on your back all year long. You’re the MVP in Minnesota and this is just the beginning for you Phee.

The thing that sucks about the Kat trade the most, he has stuck with the Wolves through utter dysfunction.
Drafted to the worst team in the league. Has his friend and teammate Zach LaVine traded for one year of a diva teammate who put him on blast. Played for multiple head coaches and Gms.
Had to deal with Treveon Graham, Jake Layman, and many more trash players starting and playing significant minutes. Went through terrible family news through Covid.
Yet he never complained about being in Minnesota. Always played when healthy, especially coming back from an MCL injury this season to help the Wolves to their best playoff season since 2004.
Towns was one of the few stars Minnesota ever had who wanted to stay. Sucks seeing this man get traded, when we’re so close to getting a ring.
