In uptrending crypto markets, it is better to LP tokens against $ETH compared to a USD stablecoin, because you expect both to outperform fiat currencies. Below, I opened a one-sided $HYPE position against ETH. If this plays out, I will earn fees and trading profits calculated against ETH and even more against USD. This strategy is especially successful at the start of bull markets.

Stack positions. Don't start over. Open a second position on top of your first without withdrawing. Each keeps its own bin weights; the pool sums them per bin. Common setup: Spot across the range, Bid-Ask further out.

How many bins does a range need? Bins = ln(1 + move) / ln(1 + bin step) Example: - ETH moving ~3% a day? - 10 bps pool needs ~30 bins per side to cover it - 100 bps pool needs about 3. Finer steps: finer prices, more bins, more gas.

A limit order that earns the fee instead of paying it. Single-sided liquidity in one bin away from price. When price trades through it, it converts and you earn the fee. It earns nothing while waiting. Withdraw after the fill or it can convert back.
