Right in our faces. Trump accepted a $400 million Boeing 747 jet liner from Qatari. It's called "The World's Most Luxurious Plane."
The acceptance is against the the Emoluments Clauses (illegal). Yet, not for Trump. They say that government to government donations are legal.
They spent an estimated $400-$900 million of taxpayer funds to retrofit it into an operational Air Firce One.
The only problem with the donation, is that the plane will only be here until the end of Trump's term and he takes it with him.
Supposedly, it'll go to a Trump library. But, we all know how that's gonna work.
Seems like a personal gift to me.
