JOHN CULLEN'S BULLET-WEIGHT THEORY COMPLETELY CRASHES UNDER THE SIMPLEST SCRUTINY. IT IS TRASH.
John Cullen believes he has disproved the .30-06 evidence in the Charlie Kirk assassination by adding up recovered bullet fragments and saying that the bullet must have been a .223, probably a 77-grain bullet. BWAHAHHAHAHAH. Then he adds a fancy graphic for the Low IQ to be impressed.
One Problem John, this is not how it works.
A 150-grain .30-06 soft-point bullet does not have to leave 150 grains of recoverable material inside a body. Bullets expand, deform, fragment, shed jacket material, and disperse small particles when striking bone. In this case, without doubt this happened.
The catastrophic cervical injuries to Charlie make this very relevant to what Cullen states.
But Cullen's biggest problem isn't simply his misunderstanding of bullet weight.
It's the complete lack of understanding the evidence.
According to the reported ATF examination, investigators recovered a damaged bullet-jacket fragment designated Exhibit 6A and four lead fragments designated 6B–6E.
ATF examiner Samantha Karner reportedly measured the damaged jacket at approximately .286–.301 inches and observed six-right conventional rifling characteristics consistent with those of the recovered Mauser rifle.
For perspective:
.30-caliber projectile: approximately .308 inches.
.223-caliber projectile: approximately .224 inches.
THAT IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE JOHN.
The ATF reportedly classified the damaged jacket as consistent with a .30-caliber projectile. The individual comparison with the recovered Mauser was inconclusive because of the condition of the evidence.
There is a huge difference there.
Furthermore, the recovered .30-06 cartridge case was reportedly identified as having been fired in the recovered rifle. THAT IS HUGE. But I digress.......
Now let's return to Cullen's mathematical masterpiece.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
His graphic identifies a fragment weighing just 3.9 grains. He then uses the combined recovered material to argue that the original projectile must have weighed approximately 77 grains.
Based on WHAT?
Where is his proof that every fragment was recovered?
Where is his evidence that no lead or jacket material was lost?
Where are his measurements establishing a .224-inch projectile?
Where is his forensic examination contradicting the ATF's reported caliber classification?
He has provided none of it.
THIS IS DUMB AS HELL.
Recovered fragment weight does not establish original bullet weight. And original bullet weight, by itself, does not establish caliber.
That's elementary firearms knowledge and this is scary shit that this guy presents himself as an expert.
David Dellinger claims Cullen can dismantle the prosecution's case.
Really?
Because what Cullen has actually done is take an incomplete mass calculation, ignore the physical characteristics of the projectile, and announce a conclusion that his own evidence cannot support.
The ATF's inability to identify the recovered Mauser conclusively as the source of the damaged fragment is a legitimate evidentiary limitation. This is why they disagree on further testing, but since idiots are now saying the FBI is refusing the ballistics, which is not true, HE THOUGHT HE WOULD JUMP ON THIS GRIFT.
John Cullen has proved absolutely NOTHING.
And David Dellinger is apparently impressed.

JULY 2026: Prosecutor Ryan McBride told Judge Graf that, as of June 18, prosecutors had supplied approximately 100% of the material then in their possession.
OCTOBER 23: McBride stated that prosecutors had supplied everything in their possession except certain disputed disclosure materials, while continuing to obtain records from investigative agencies. This is not abnormal and is usual for the defense and prosecution to argue over testing that is in evidence with the evidence custodian, what he is NOT TELLING YOU, is that the defense and prosecution are asking the Judge to settle the manner in which the testing will be done, this is NOT HIDING EVIDENCE, despite what @ImBreckWorsham (bimbo)

The defense said it had REVIEWED approximately 25% of discovery. That's not the percentage prosecutors have turned over. The defense is looking to push the trial so far out to override public interest, possibly taint the jury pool which is the goal of these TWATS. He is saying this because he understands the defense pushing the trial date out means they know he is guilty, let's face it, if the State had a weak case, they would want the trial ASAP. But yes, let him sit in isolation for several more years.

The gas station stop was consistent with a main route drive home at approximately 715 am the next morning.
There was no meal in Panguitch, he never left the Orem area, this is compelling evidence that he did not want to leave without the murder weapon. This is serious trouble for the defense.

The FBI proposed additional microscopic testing on the damaged bullet fragment recovered during Charlie Kirk's autopsy.
Because that testing could involve bending or manipulating the fragment, potentially altering its condition, THE DEFENSE OBJECTED.
Why?
Because Robinson's attorneys want their own forensic expert to examine and photograph the fragment BEFORE the FBI conducts any potentially destructive testing.
THAT IS A LEGITIMATE EVIDENCE-PRESERVATION CONCERN. I have zero issues with that.
The defense also requested permission to have an expert observe the FBI examination or have the procedure videotaped.
The FBI declined those requests under its established laboratory policies. But there is a reason for these policies.
Forensic laboratories restrict outside observers for legitimate reasons, including contamination prevention, evidence integrity, security, and maintaining controlled examination procedures.
And refusing to videotape an examination is NOT the same as refusing to disclose the underlying evidence for independent scientific review.
The ATF's initial ballistic comparison had already been disclosed. Its conclusion regarding the damaged bullet fragment was INCONCLUSIVE, meaning the rifle was neither identified nor excluded.
The prosecution also notified the defense about the proposed FBI testing and the possibility of altering the evidence. THEY NEVER HID THIS.
HOW EXACTLY IS NOTIFYING THE DEFENSE, DISCLOSING THE PROPOSED PROCEDURE, AND ALLOWING THE ISSUE TO BE LITIGATED IN COURT EVIDENCE OF A SECRET COVER-UP?

This would be a DEFENSE DREAM; did you consider this you dipshits?

Videotaping introduces separate concerns involving camera placement, lighting interference, incomplete recording angles, exposure of confidential information, recording authenticity, secure storage, and additional disclosure obligations. Improper handling of a damaged bullet fragment could permanently alter the very microscopic characteristics experts are attempting to compare, potentially compromising future examinations.
These risks are not inevitable, and properly supervised independent examinations and recordings can also strengthen scientific accountability. It can and most likely will be done. But what you are failing to address is this:
The defense is being reasonable and doing their job, the FBI is being reasonable and doing their job, they are asking a judge to decide, you are being what you are, GRIFTERS. Of course you would frame it like this, your low iq followers will immediately eat this up and say "COVERUP" PATHETIC.

I have now confirmed that Tyler Robinson NEVER left the Orem area on 9-10-25. I had received a tip from L.E. that Tyler had never left the Orem area on 9-10. Upon further investigation, I am sure this is true.
I reached out to both the Prosecution and the Defense and received no comment from either side before posting this story. This directly contradicts the narrative by @RealCandaceO and @DiligentDenizen stating that Tyler left the Orem area to have a steak and a few beers at Cowboys Smokehouse.
Furthermore, I have been advised that not only did Tyler not leave the area, that Law Enforcement knows where he was and can map out his movements on 9-10-25. This is devastating news for the defense.
Tyler not leaving the area without an alibi almost certainly suggest his intent on retrieving the murder weapon.
This is a verifiable tweet that will age well vs. Candace Owens and Diligent Denizen, BOOKMARK.
The gas station stop was consistent with a main route drive home at approximately 715 am the next morning.
There was no meal in Panguitch, he never left the Orem area, this is compelling evidence that he did not want to leave without the murder weapon. This is serious trouble for the defense.

BARON COLEMAN'S FLOCK CONSPIRACY COLLAPSES: WHAT I DISCOVERED AFTER ACTUALLY INVESTIGATING THE SEARCHES

On a recent podcast, @baroncoleman spent considerable time presenting a massive conspiracy chart detailing Flock Safety license plate searches conducted across multiple states, supposedly by numerous unrelated police departments, involving different vehicles.
His central argument? How could all these police agencies possibly have known what to search for before the information was publicly released? Why were departments hundreds or even thousands of miles away conducting searches? What did they know, and when did they know it?
Coleman focused particularly on a September 11, 2025, search conducted at 8:11 p.m. Pacific Time (9:11 p.m. Utah time) by an operator identified as "S. Ken" through the Kennewick Police Department in Washington.
He presented these searches as something mysterious, potentially sinister, and suggestive of advance knowledge.
There was just one problem: Apparently, nobody bothered to pick up the telephone and investigate.
I did.
THE FBI CONNECTION COLEMAN MISSED
During his presentation, Coleman made an extraordinary argument: Federal agencies shouldn't have been conducting these searches because Charlie Kirk's murder was a state crime, not a federal crime.
That argument demonstrates a fundamental misunderstanding of how major criminal investigations work, SHOCKING FROM A LAWYER.
Coleman said the FBI should not be doing these searches because Tyler Robinson never left Utah and Charlie Kirk was killed in Utah, making this a STATE CASE. I had to giggle when he said that. It immediately told me Baron knew these were FBI searches but he needed content, no way does he believe that.
The FBI does not need to be prosecuting a federal murder charge to assist state and local authorities in investigating a homicide. Especially this homicide.
In fact, on September 10, 2025, immediately following Charlie Kirk's assassination, the FBI publicly announced that it would devote federal resources to the investigation and work alongside state and local authorities all over the country, and that is exactly what they did.
The FBI's Special Agent in Charge, Robert Bohls, explicitly announced that the bureau would co-lead the investigation.
This was not a secret operation. It was not some mysterious federal intrusion into a state case. It was publicly announced from the very beginning.
I CONTACTED THE KENNEWICK POLICE DEPARTMENT
Rather than inventing theories about why a Washington police department would be searching for Tyler Robinson, I contacted the department myself.
I personally spoke with Commander Merkl of the Kennewick Police Department.
Commander Merkl confirmed to me that the Flock searches associated with Tyler Robinson were conducted by an FBI agent working out of that department who was assigned to the Tyler Robinson investigation.
Read that again.
IT WAS AN FBI AGENT, NOT SOME RANDOM WASHINGTON POLICE OFFICER WITH MYSTERIOUS ADVANCE KNOWLEDGE.
Furthermore, let me state, all the departments I called were exceptional in cooperation and they were very forthcoming in what was happening with these searches.
The search Coleman found so suspicious occurred at 9:11 p.m. Utah time on September 11.
Robinson had reportedly surrendered at approximately 9 p.m.
In other words, the search was conducted AFTER Robinson's surrender, not before it.
That does not establish the exact minute the FBI agent received Robinson's identifying information, but it completely undermines Coleman's suggestion that knowing Robinson's identity at that hour was somehow impossible.
THE OTHER FLOCK SEARCHES
My investigation did not stop in Kennewick.
I was also able to establish that the other searches Coleman highlighted on his elaborate conspiracy chart were conducted by FBI agents or FBI-affiliated investigators operating through participating law enforcement agencies.
These searches were connected to investigative leads, not evidence that dozens of unrelated police departments possessed secret knowledge of the assassination.
During the early investigation, the FBI received thousands of tips and leads.
Investigators were trying to identify an unknown killer, establish possible vehicle movements, and determine which leads deserved further examination. This was excellent, early law enforcement work, nothing nefarious at all, despite the way he made it look.
Naturally, some of those leads involved vehicles. Naturally, investigators checked available license plate databases.
And naturally, federal agents working through participating police departments could generate Flock audit entries associated with those departments.
A police department appearing on a Flock audit does not automatically mean a local patrol officer conducted the search.
That distinction is the very foundation of what Coleman failed to investigate.
THE POLICE RADIO ARGUMENT IS EQUALLY ABSURD
Coleman also suggested that certain searches were suspicious because the identifying information had not yet been released over police radio.
Since when does the FBI conduct a major homicide investigation exclusively through publicly monitored police dispatch channels?
Federal investigators communicate through direct calls, secure systems, investigative networks, and interagency coordination.
The absence of a particular announcement over local police radio proves absolutely nothing about when federal investigators received a lead. In fact, do you think the FBI would allow leads to go out over a radio before they have a chance to review or investigate them? I think not.
A police scanner is not a complete record of an FBI investigation. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
HERE IS WHAT COLEMAN'S OWN CHART ACTUALLY REVEALS
Coleman wants his audience to believe that searches involving different vehicles, conducted in different states, somehow establish a coordinated conspiracy or advance knowledge.
But consider the alternative supported by what I uncovered.
The FBI was actively investigating a political assassination. Investigators were receiving large numbers of leads. Agents working through affiliated law enforcement agencies searched vehicle information to evaluate some of those leads.
That is precisely the kind of investigative activity you would expect after a nationally significant assassination. Some of these leaders were searched only seconds apart in different geographical areas, suggesting a coordinated task force whereas FBI agents were getting names to search, not some disorganized, random search.
And here is the question Coleman should have asked:
IF THE FBI ALREADY KNEW TYLER ROBINSON WAS THE ASSASSIN, WHY WOULD INVESTIGATORS NEED TO PURSUE SO MANY DIFFERENT VEHICLE LEADS?
Why investigate other vehicles? Why examine different possibilities? Why devote resources to identifying a killer whose identity was supposedly already known?
The existence of those searches is consistent with investigators trying to determine who committed the crime, not proof that they already knew.
It does not establish everything the FBI knew at every moment, but it certainly does not establish the conspiracy Coleman is suggesting.
THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN INVESTIGATION AND CONTENT CREATION
Coleman had a chart.
I picked up the telephone.
Coleman had questions about Kennewick.
I spoke with Commander Merkl.
Coleman suggested mysterious police activity.
I established that federal investigators were operating through affiliated law enforcement agencies.
Coleman argued that the FBI shouldn't have been involved because this was a state murder case.
The FBI had already publicly announced that it was co-leading the investigation.
Explaining these Flock searches required a little common sense, a little investigative effort, and a basic understanding of how federal and state law enforcement cooperate.
But an ordinary explanation doesn't generate nearly as much excitement as a giant conspiracy chart, does it?
Rather than establish who actually conducted the searches, Coleman built an ominous narrative around agency names, timestamps, and geographical distances.
And when those basic facts are examined, his interpretation begins falling apart.

1. Candace is ALREADY suggesting that anyone who was invited to TPUSA over the past few days is "eager to lie for cash." 🙄
While our travel there was generously covered, we were not paid. We WILL not be paid. We are not contracted by TPUSA. We are not employees of TPUSA. We are not directed by them in any way. We are simply supporters of the organization Charlie built, of the people he chose to surround himself with - people who he loved deeply, and of the mission they continue to carry out in Charlie's name. And we hope and pray for their continued success under @MrsErikaKirk 's leadership, which is being guided by Charlie's vision, despite claims to the contrary. They're building and growing and trying to do good things for the country. Their naysayers are doing nothing but tearing down, trying to destroy, blackpilling, demoralizing, dividing. We'll continue to side with good people doing good things.
2. We are aware that there will be intense scrutiny over our interview with Erika. Candace's crazed army of lunatics who are slithering all over our mentions already with nothing but vulgar, psychotic insults, are sure to continue putting on full display what miserable humans they are. We pity them. Genuinely.
But know this about the interview. We weren't there to demand answers to idiotic conspiracy theories. We wanted Erika to have an opportunity to chat with women who care about her and we wanted her to have a safe space to share some personal stories about Charlie, herself, and TPUSA. She is a normal person - not the ridiculous caricature Candace has painted of her. We are happy to take all the arrows while Erika stays above the noise. She genuinely IS above all of it, and we're grateful that she is. She's focused on the things that matter, her kids above all else, and carrying out Charlie's mission - which he laid out clearly to her while he was still on this earth by including her in the daily goings-on at TPUSA, AND which he illustrated in detail in his journals that he left behind.
Not only is she more than equipped to lead TPUSA, but the team that was in place when Charlie was there hasn't changed, and they WANT her at the helm. They can't imagine it any other way, in fact. But most importantly, Charlie wanted her there. And she is honoring his wish.
So we'll take the inevitable smoke - the nasty comments about our age, our appearance, what we asked, what we didn't ask - it's all as expected as it is irrelevant.
We are under no illusions that criticism and absurd accusations about Erika will stop as a result of our sit-down with her. The Candace army of sheep is relentlessly cruel because their leader is.
None of it matters. We've always known who Erika is without even knowing her. Our time with her and with Mikey and Andrew and the rest of their amazing team simply cemented it.
All that to say, if you're a person who thinks anyone at TPUSA was complicit in Charlie's murder or a cover-up of it, you're a complete psycho.

Now, call me CRAZY, but if I were innocent, with an alibi, or I thought the state had a weak case, I would want that trial asap, but what does Tyler Robinson want? TYLER ROBINSON TRIAL DATE:
The State wants a trial date in January 2028.
The Defense wants a trial date in the third quarter of 2029.
The discrepancy is due to the substantial amount of litigation anticipated by the defense.
