Rant time-@TheRangeUK booked day off for sofa delivery, didn't arrive. No direct person to speak to-just WhatsApp (open 9-5.45 then replied at 00.47!!) or online chat. Unable to assist or advise when delivery will be and unsure what issue it. Get your act together please

Positive post for NHS. The last 3wks eldest son has been in Countess. 10 days in ICU in induced coma/ventilated for week. He is now on improving and on long road to recovery. Thanks to all staff on ICU in the countess of Chester. Pure angels. #savethenhs
