Our heuristic based on Friday's numbers stood at:
Mail-in: D 🔵 51.8% - R 🔴48.2% (Delta: D+ 🔵 3.6%; underperforming 2024 by 🔵0.9%)
IPEV: D 🔵51.6% - R 🔴48.4% (Delta D+ 🔵 3.2%; underperforming 2024 by 🔵1.0%)
Today, these percentages stand at:
Mail-in: D 🔵 52.1% - R 🔴 47.9% (Delta D+ 🔵4.2%; underperforming 2024 by 🔵1.5%)
IPEV: D 🔵 52.4 % - R 🔴 47.6% (Delta D+ 🔵4.8%; underperforming 2024 by 🔵2.6%)
Not going to sugarcoat it, these percentages got worse over the weekend, although weekends are always challenging for IPEV for blue counties.
If my calculations are correct, Milwaukee's relative share of mail-in returns soared to overperforming 2024 Election Day shares, and that's before the late night dumps.
The red hope is that in-person early voting (IPEV) share as a total of all early voting has soared to 47.6%, which is astoundingly high. In 2024, this share was only 40.9%.
Typically, IPEV is much redder than mail-ins. So that's the hope here - that the overweighting on IPEV ends up cancelling the underperformance on mail-ins.
My analysis is to see what tomorrow's numbers look like, but this race remains challenging yet winnable. Please fight, particularly when it comes to turning out the red counties!

Palette Media is a small New York-based company with very few employees, entirely funded—100%—by the DNC.
Describing itself as a "talent management company," Palette Media pays influencers to promote left-wing messaging to their followers.
Kevin serves as the middleman between the DNC and the "left-wing influencers."
Here’s how it works:
- Kevin receives a call from someone like Pete Buttigieg, who might say, "Elon is bad; we need a bigger focus on this."
= Kevin contacts every influencer that's on the payroll, instructing them to push the "Elon is bad" message.
- Influencers spread the "Elon is bad" message to hundreds of millions of people.
Palette Media is just one of many DNC-funded companies.

There’s a cognitive disconnect among my colleagues who hated Speaker Johnson’s CR, but still plan to vote for @SpeakerJohnson in 2 weeks.
That 1557 page bill was a product of the swamp that uniparty Johnson was happy to facilitate. He couldn’t understand why we didn’t lap it up.
