I love and hate 5Ks. They’re short and you run fast! You have the rest of the day available!
If you go for it, you hurt just as much. I have a Pavlovian response to races and wanting to eat after, but a 5K burns like 400 calories.

@Lufthansa just announced new nonstop flights between Frankfurt and... Columbus, Ohio.
It'll operate 3x weekly on the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
Lufthansa will receive subsidies for the route, but I can't tell how much $ they're getting.
My take: this route will be great for award space. Nothing like the NYC-CMH-FRA routing.
4.5 weeks in a Pavlik harness and my daughters hip dysplasia went from grade 3 to normal. The ability of infants to heal, and the speed with which they do it, is amazing.
