Hot take: TCGs should completely ban the practice of “pile shuffling” in tournaments. It is isn’t any better as a method of counting your deck and allowing it at all gives some players the impression that it’s a legitimate way to shuffle.

People complain that Dragapult is winning another event and then proceed to play Festival Lead at their next major.
He should return the best-of prizing that he received so that it can be given to the player who actually earned it.

Got cooked at the League Challenge tonight. Whiffed key cards on several different turns against Hydrapple and then fully bricked in the mirror. Ended up 10th so no CP.
Not buying it. This player got caught cheating, tried to destroy evidence when approached by a judge, and then lied about not knowing a rule that any experienced competitive player has heard dozens of times. The fact that his deck plays a 9/3 split only makes it look more suspect

If this came out even a year ago I would have been throwing money at it but my interest in cEDH has pretty much gone to zero at the point.
Seeing gamblers cry because a player made the winning play rather than going for more stats gives me life 🤗

Michigan upsets Oklahoma and Ohio State blows a 20 point 4th quarter lead against Texas in the same day. It doesn’t get much better than that!
Pretty poor clock management by Texas on that drive. They could have had the clock under 10 seconds when they scored which is a big difference from 25 when the opposing team only needs a field goal.
Texas WRs are singlehandedly throwing this game away right now. The first drop on the deep ball turns into a freak interception and then another drop on a wide open touchdown.
This is a pretty egregious design and security failure. Many games will output your side’s viewable information into client side logs which people use to develop tools but exposing your opponent’s information is completely abusable.
