After two days of training and getting adjusted to a new newsroom, I’m thrilled to announce that I'm the newest reporter at East Idaho News! I’ll be covering courts and local governments here in eastern Idaho. You can follow my work and my colleagues at EastIdahoNews.com
After a year and a half, my journey at the Post Register has come to an end. From being the sole reporter for 6 months, tackling complex water issues and other interesting topics, this has been an incredible experience. I will start my new reporting job on Monday, so stay tuned!
Sight right now of farmers lining up for a tractor parade protest on Lindsey Blvd. The protest is against @GovernorLittle coming into Idaho Falls later today to talk with Idaho Falls chamber of Commerce on the current water situation.
Farmers are now on River Pkwy. making their way to the Westbank Convention Center where @GovernorLittle will taking in less than an hour.

A fire broke out at 2:44 pm at the Reed’s Dairy here on Broadway. No information has been released on the cause of the fire. Broadway is still currently closed.

For the 2nd time this month, @mcclatchy and the @IdahoStatesman failed to pay their employees on time.
McClatchy has an obligation to bargain with its workers over changes in working conditions. It has failed to meet this basic legal requirement, and we will not stand for it.

Idaho Magistrate Judge released his decision today dismissing the TikToker’s countersuit against UI professor and her legal counsel after hearing from both sides back in July.
