Logged a broken glass claim with @AdmiralUK via their glass partners @Autoglass NINE days ago……..I’m still ‘looking for the part’ now into its tenth day, whilst Audi have five units in stock. I JUST WANT MY CAR FIXED PLEASE, it’s not too much to ask is it? #CustomerServiceFail
Nine yes nine days on from registering a claim for a broken rear screen @Autoglass are still unable to give any indication of when I can expect a replacement, despite Audi having 5 screens in stock. What a terrible situation, left with a car I cannot use! #poorcustomerservice
