Finally figured out how to wash gym clothes.
Don't: use hot water, steam, more scented detergent, pre-wash or dryer sheets.
Washer: Dirty Labs Bio Enzyme Detergent + Booster, warm, active wear cycle, extra rinse.
Dryer: low temp, less dry, wool dryer balls instead of sheets.
I wonder if the future of journalism might look less like long-form textual articles with stock photos interspersed and a lot more like rich interactive graphics that help people understand complex issues and nuance/tradeoffs.

After an hour and twenty minutes of @united chat, they conclude that I have to call and wait on hold because they can't help me on chat.
Yes you probably should be supplementing with creatine monohydrate
This new creatine study is insane.
People who never trained took 10g of creatine a day and gained more lean tissue (2.43 lbs) than people who were lifting 3x a week with no creatine (0.31 lbs).
Here's the breakdown: (1/18)
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The 2.43 lb was DXA “lean mass,” not 2.43 lb of muscle. Creatine increases intracellular water, which DXA counts as lean tissue. The study didn’t measure hypertrophy, and exercise vs no-exercise wasn’t randomized. Does not show creatine beats lifting. tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.10…
Pushed my Dell windows dev laptop so hard doing parallelized build and test of my software that it literally became unbootable until given a day to cool off and hard reset 😂
