Dear Nigerians, I need you to help me get @MTNNG attention as every means we have tried has failed. Help me repost as many times as possible. Six days ago, my household purchased MTN fibre X because the remote job my sister got requested for a fibre network and specifically running at 300mbps. This was a criteria for getting the job which was to start on Monday, 7th of September, 2026. MTN sent an installer to my house and after installation, the guy confirmed it was working and running on 50mbps, we immediately corrected him that we paid for the premium plan, a hundred thousand naira, which is 300mbps, while the basic plan (50mbps) is 30 thousand naira. He simply said, that's a back end problem, my job here is done. Since Last week Saturday till now MTN has refused to do anything about it. We have called their care line over 300 times and have sent series of emails. We have sent several messages here on X per their request, yet they leave us hanging the moment we send the details they need with no tangible solution or response. One week has gone out of a one month plan my sister has been unable to use. I beg MTN To either refund us, or fix this situation and the data must start counting from when it was fixed. MTN at this point send your installer to come and take the router away, the same way you sent them to install it. @MTNNG @fccpcnigeria @NgComCommission

As bad as tonight’s decision is, it might not be CAF’s worst Ahead of the 2010 AFCON, the Togo team bus was shot at, resulting in 3 dead, 9 injured. CAF suspended Togo for the next two AFCONs for ā€œgovernment interferenceā€ after the team flew home to deal with the trauma

There are a number of points I would like to make on this CAF Appeals Committee ruling. First, let’s clear the air on this Senegal leaving the pitch for 15 minutes argument. There is nothing in the CAF Afcon Regulations that specifically state how much time a team may be off the pitch for them to forfeit the game. Second, there is nothing in the IFAB Laws of the Game addressing a team walking off and/abandoning a game. With those pieces of housekeeping done, let’s look at the actual regulations. And I will focus on Art 82 as it is the main crux of the issue. Art 84 is simply the sanction for violation. ARTICLE 82 If, for any reason whatsoever, a team withdraws from the competition or does not report for a match, or refuses to play or LEAVES THE GROUND before the regular end of the match without the authorisation of the referee, it shall be considered looser and shall be eliminated for good from the current competition. The same shall apply for the teams previously disqualified by decision of CAF. There are two offenses here that Senegal MAY have committed. The first is ā€œrefusing to playā€ the second is ā€œleaves the groundā€ REFUSING TO PLAY It could be argued by the language of the Regulation that that does not apply to Senegal because by starting and playing the game, they did not ā€œrefuse to playā€. Looking at the chronology of the wording, it starts with - withdraws from the competition - does not report for a match - refuses to play - leaves the ground The progression is clear: - not appearing for the competition - appearing but not showing up to play - showing up but refusing to play - and then leaving after If we go by the letter and progression there, then we can say that the only one that applies to Senegal is the last one. If the language had been ā€œrefuses to continue playā€, with the operative word there being ā€œcontinueā€ that might present a stronger case. But this might just be me splitting hairs. Now to the ā€œleaves the groundā€ part. There are 16 mentions of ā€œfieldā€ or ā€œfield of playā€ in these AFCON Regulations in reference to the pitch. Here are two examples: ART 16.20.2 The match is restarted with the same players on the FIELD and with the same substitutes available when the match was interrupted; ART 42.3 A player expelled from the FIELD by the referee is automatically suspended for the following match in the framework of the same competition, without prejudice to other sanctions that might be imposed upon him subsequently. Mentions of ground always refer to the venue, not the pitch. This distinction was clearly not accidental. Senegal may have left the field, but they did not leave the ground. So if we follow that argument, then we can see that there would have been no reason for the game to be abandoned as Senegal did not leave the ground. Only the field. Clear distinction Finally, we go to the outcome of the game and the authority of the referee to determine the result LAW 5 The decisions of the referee regarding facts connected with play, including whether or not a goal is scored and the result of the match, are final. The decisions of the referee, and all other match officials, must always be respected. ā€œThe referee may not change a restart decision on realising that it is incorrect or on the advice of another match official IF PLAY HAS RESTARTED or if play has restarted or the referee has signalled the end of the first or second half (including extra time) and left the field of play or abandoned the match. Clearly, even if we agree that the referee made a mistake in not abandoning the game, the fact that they completed the second half, and played two additional periods of extra time before coming to a result, precludes anything else. The referee restarted the game, it was played to a conclusion and there was a result. Senegal won. Morocco lost. C’est finis QED

I’ve never in my life cared to know who the CAN chairman is, how the association run it activities or their leadership style, and I’m very sure a lot of Muslims on and off here were never bothered to know anything about that association. But every year before Ramadan, you’ll see some Christians delving through the affairs of Muslim Leadership in Nigeria, particularly from the southern part of the country. Unfortunately, some misguided Muslims are doing their bidding. The Sultan of Sokoto is and will continue to be the Supreme Leader of Muslims in Nigeria.

This is totally unacceptable. You cannot treat a fellow African country this way. We were given designated seat, so why move us and scatter the supporters’ club? How are we supposed to support and cheer our players like this? We didn’t travel all the way from Nigeria to be treated unfairly. @caf_online, please intervene and help address this issue. Honestly, this is one of the strangest things we’ve witnessed, removing Nigerian supporters from their section just so Moroccan fans can occupy both sides. @CAF_Online @CAF_Media @thenff @FIFAcom

youtu.be/GBymF6lY9y4?si=2mKq… Dear @DonAzag I have previously acknowledged your efforts to educate the public on tax reform. However, some of your contents, including this video, contain technical inaccuracies misleading your audience. This is precisely why we invited some content creators to a training session on the tax reforms to enhance their understanding for better context and informed public engagement. You declined the invitation and instead made spurious allegations about the intent of the initiative. For the record, no participant was paid or asked to promote the tax laws. Hundreds of creators attended, including many with larger followings. Tax policy cannot be responsibly analysed through surface-level research or intuition. Unfortunately, your video reflects a mixup of key concepts, leading to incorrect conclusions. Below are some concepts used in your analysis where you need better understanding: 1. Household income and individual income are not the same. You referenced my comment on household income but went ahead to do your entire analysis based on individual income. 2. You assert that poverty must be determined based on the international poverty threshold of USD 3 per day and then you applied it incorrectly. First, the threshold was USD 2.15 per day until June 2025 same month the tax bills were signed into law. Second, you applied market exchange rate instead of purchasing power parity. If you wish to understand the Nigeria context, you may find the Nigeria Living Standards Survey by the NBS in collaboration with the World Bank useful. 3. Taxable income is not the same as gross income. Treating ₦800,000 taxable income as gross income is incorrect and materially alters your analysis. 4. The law expressly exempts the national minimum wage from personal income tax. Insisting that people who earn the national minimum wage will be taxed is incorrect. Proper understanding is important for constructive public debate. If you're concerned about the tax burden on low-income earners and small businesses, it would be helpful if you also inform your followers the taxes these people currently pay and whether the new tax law is better or not. You may get the clicks and views by presenting incomplete or incorrect information fueling unnecessary discontent but ultimately you are harming the very audience you seek to inform. Disagreement about public policy is healthy, but it must be grounded in knowledge, not sentiments. Present your opinion if you have a different perspective, rather than asserting that others are wrong or dishonest. You can do well while also doing good. Taiwo Oyedele

So a bomb explodes inside a mosque in Maiduguri, the victims are Muslims, yet Nigerian media deliberately frames it as Bomb blast rocks Maiduguri on Christmas Eve. If you people report the actual news, will you die? This selective wording is not journalism, it’s madness and unprofessional. How are we supposed to be fighting terrorism when we’re also forced to fight stupid, bigoted Nigerian media that thrives on twisting facts to inflame religious tension? Terror has no religion, but manufacturing a Christian genocide narrative is sickening, irresponsible, and dangerous.Say the truth and be professional for once in your miserable lives.

The late Issa Hayatou rarely did press interviews. I was privileged to be the last journalist to interview him, just before he lost his election to Ahmad Ahmad. Here is an answer he gave to one of my questions "We’re not acting by imitation, we’re not acting that ā€œbecause FIFA (or UEFA) did it we absolutely have to do it with CAFā€. Now, the context of the question was different, but the thought process applies to how he ran CAF: powerful, independent of external influences. Today, before FIFA even says jump, CAF is already sky-bound

i figured out how to get perfect ai video generations first try while cutting costs by 60% for 6 months i was basically gambling and burning credits on attempts that were pure luck same setup, completely random results... sometimes perfect, usually trash, zero way to know which output i'd actually get then i found a testing method that shows you what will work before you spend money generating it, now i get the exact video i want in 1-2 tries instead of burning through 15+ failed attempts i put together everything i learned into a guide on generating predictably instead of gambling, here's what you're getting: - how to jump from 15% to 70%+ success rate on generations - the testing system that cuts your monthly costs by 60% - organized frameworks for every content type so you always know what works RT + reply 'SYSTEM' and i'll send it to you (must follow so i can dm)

Everyone's asking "Should I use AgentKit?" Nobody's asking "How do I profit from the $4B production gap it just created?" Real talk: I barely use OpenAI personally. For most tasks, n8n + Cursor crushes it. If you're experienced with automation? n8n is still the better route - more control, more power, better specialization. But here's the thing... For client work? It's likely going to be the future. Not because AgentKit is the best. Because clients expect OpenAI. That's not a bug. It's their entire strategy. And it's brilliant. OpenAI just pulled the Apple playbook: They don't need to be the best at anything. They need to be the most integrated. And now everyone's getting pulled into the ecosystem. Including me. Including you. But here's what nobody's talking about: AgentKit makes prototyping 10x easier. Production deployment? Still a $200K nightmare. That gap is worth $50K-$500K per stuck client. I spent 10 minutes breaking down all my thoughts in a YouTube video - why it's a great play, why I don't feel the move is necessary yet (but could be very soon), and where the real opportunity is. I also created a full PDF breakdown with: → The exact services that print $50K-$500K → Pricing frameworks for each gap → Migration decision matrix → 30-day action plan to first client This is my honest take with a lot of experience in the space. The pragmatic reality: Most people will use AgentKit. You can either fight it or profit from it. Show some love below + RT and I'll send everything your way. (Must be following so I can DM)

If you remember one thing about this Flotilla, it's that the Israelis went out of their way, into international waters, to kidnap over 400 people bringing food. People set off from Italy, Greece, Tunisia, etc. to sail to Gaza. Their route did not pass through "Israel".
