Colwill is having a shocker.
But its laughable how Sunderland are given a penalty after the stonewall on Palmer isn't given.
What a leader, man. I don't think we understood the real vision he had for our people. He knew what's happening now would take place back then already. Those smear campaigns to taint his legacy make sense now. Not perfect, but a great leader.
Nelson Mandela spent 27 years in prison under the National Party. 4 years after walking out, he took its leader's hand on live TV.
April 14, 1994. 13 days before South Africa's first election where everyone could vote. A live TV debate: Mandela against President F.W. de Klerk.
For most of the night Mandela goes after him. He calls his statements vague. He says de Klerk has never shown him a plan.
Then come his closing words. He turns to the man next to him.
"Let us work together. Please, please, let us work together for reconciliation and nation-building."
"I am proud to hold your hand."
De Klerk was the president who let him out in 1990. Months before this debate, the two of them shared the Nobel Peace Prize.
13 days later the ANC won. Mandela became president. De Klerk became his deputy.
In the quoted post he has lunch with the prosecutor who jailed him. Here he holds the hand of the party that kept him there.
Some people say this moment saved South Africa from a civil war. Others say he gave too much to the people who built apartheid.
Could you hold the hand of the man whose party took 27 years of your life?

UDM President Bantu Holomisa thanks every voter who placed their trust in the Party, as well as its candidates, leaders and volunteers, particularly the young people who drove the campaign.
The UDMβs electoral gains are encouraging, but the real work begins now. The focus is on service delivery, accountable leadership and building towards 2029.
The people must come first.

Still can't get over ANC losing more than half of Eastern Cape votes. The Eastern Cape! Never thought I'd see that.
Thinking back to that game, this isn't surprising.
