Didn't share last week because I had a crazy stall. But the woosh finally caught up and we lost 3.3lbs in the last 2 weeks. Stay consistent even when you stall. It will catch up as long as you keep doing everything right

be nice! 4 weeks and down 15.2 lbs. keeping consistent at 1.7lbs down this week. strength took a turn and thought id need to ad back some calories but i accidently set a pr on chest cos i did my math wrong and went up 5lbs on each side so i guess no calories needed this week

Just letting you guys know. Still going strong at 1.8 lbs a week. Or a 900 calorie daily deficit. Halfway through my 6 weeks of torture
