From choosing a major to entering the workplace, young people need more than information; they need clear pathways that help them understand their abilities, explore opportunities, and move forward with confidence. The financing agreement between the Social and Sport Contribution Fund (@Daam_qa) and QCDC supports the Youth Labor Market Readiness Program as a step toward helping young Qataris prepare for their professional futures with clarity and purpose. Through this cooperation, we continue building a more connected career development experience aligned with youth needs and Qatar’s human development priorities.
