PLEASE DONT USE @HolaPrimeGlobal !!! IMO the worst CFD there is out there right now. First 4k payout with them, and on the day that I can request, they accuse me of one sided betting and exessive margin use. They restrict me to max 1% risk and remove (!) half my profits, so I needed to make 2k again to pass the consistency rules. I lost 750 usd on the first trade. I then placed a whole different trade and made 2.7k. Because bad fills (what a surprise), I needed to make another 100 bucks. I lost a trade for 400 bucks and made 570 on the next, thus making me eligle for a payout. But here comes the fun part. They tell me that the combined risk of the last 2 trades was 1045, so they INSTA BREACH my account. They did not include the first win for their calculation, because then the combined risk would not be more than 1k. No warning, nothing. They breached my account. I was not too profitable. This would have been my first payout with them, and they start acting like this. Imagine if I were to make at least 50k, like I do with other firms. They did not send any warnings before; they just removed profits the moment I could request a payout. absolute nonsense. PLEASE DONT USE THIS FIRM, YOU WONT GET A PAYOUT! I will not let this pass. I dont know how yet, but I'll make sure that a firm that operates like this will not survive. @HolaPrimeGlobal either change immediately, or your days are numbered. Not a threat, this is just how kapitalism works.
