Cardano PRIME named its first 9 teams for lending and liquidity upgrades (Sundae Labs, Liqwid V3, Indigo, Steer, VIA Labs, ReBond, Dial); audit funding is not confirmed yet. ADA fell 3.9% to about $0.2080 and touched $0.20653, its lowest in 30 days on CoinMarketCap.
Intersect Weekly #134 sets out a five-step path for Leios; the 3-5x throughput figure is a target, with no dates. First SweepTreasury return on mainnet: 115,172 ADA.
cardano-node 11.2 is still not tagged (latest 11.1.3), so the public Dijkstra testnet still runs the Conway era. cardano-cli 11.5.0.0 and Daedalus 11.6.0 are out.

For the first time on mainnet, unspent Cardano treasury funds went back to the treasury through a smart contract.
Per Intersect, SweepTreasury returned 115,172 ADA from the 2025 Product Committee budget on Oct 20-21, in two transactions of 55,172 and 60,000 ADA.
All four functions of that contract (Fund, Disburse, Reorganize, SweepTreasury) have now been used on mainnet.
