#Midterms2026 Zelensky isn’t responsible for soaring oil prices. Trump and his incompetent military leadership are. They can’t get either Iran or the Houthis under control. So much for American military superiority. 🤡😉

Zelenskyy: I offered the US three options if they want us to stop hitting Russian refineries: 1. Russia stops attacking our energy. 2. Open Starlink over Russian ballistic missile launch sites. 3. Give us Patriot missiles. We got none. Instead, Starlink was restricted.

Trump is one of the greatest threats to democracy this country has seen. This is not about one isolated abuse of power; it is a pattern. Vigilance has never been more important, and the midterm elections will be among the most consequential in recent history. Get out and vote! Examples include: 1. Trying to overturn the 2020 election by pressuring state officials to change the results. 2. Promoting a scheme to replace Biden’s electors with fake Trump electors and pressuring Mike Pence to reject the lawful electoral count. 3. Repeating false claims that the election was stolen, despite recounts, audits, investigations and court rulings that found no evidence of fraud sufficient to change the result. 4. Summoning supporters to Washington before the January 6 attack and failing to act promptly to stop it. 5. Pardoning or commuting the sentences of January 6 defendants, including people convicted of crimes committed during the attack. 6. Elevating election deniers and people who supported overturning the 2020 result to positions of power. 7. Attempting to impose election rules by executive order, including documentary proof-of-citizenship requirements and restrictions on mail ballots. A federal court blocked those rules as beyond presidential authority. 8. Pressuring states to hand over sensitive voter data and suing those that refused. 9. Having the FBI seize 2020 ballots and other election records from Fulton County, based on allegations tied to claims about that election that had already been investigated and disputed. 10. Directing the Justice Department to sue Alaska to block certification of its Senate result if the Republican incumbent loses. 11. Firing independent inspectors general responsible for investigating misconduct across federal agencies; a judge later found the firings unlawful. 12. Firing or seeking to remove prosecutors, FBI officials and agents involved in investigations of Trump or the January 6 attack. 13. Weakening civil-service protections and seeking greater presidential control over independent agencies. 14. Using, or threatening to use, federal law enforcement against political opponents and institutions that challenge him. 15. Threatening civil-society organizations with politically charged investigations or retaliation. 16. Considering the use of IRS tax-exempt status to target nonprofits perceived as political enemies. 17. Dismantling civil-rights and anti-discrimination protections while rejecting remedies intended to address discrimination. 18. Attacking judges who rule against him and undermining the legitimacy of judicial checks on presidential power. 19. Weakening the officials and institutions that resisted his attempt to overturn the 2020 election. 20. Normalizing the idea that elections are legitimate only when he wins, that law enforcement should serve the president personally, and that political opponents are enemies to be punished. I am sure I have missed other examples, but this list was exhaustive (and exhausting) enough. At any rate, if I have missed anything, please add it in the comments. Taken together, these actions should ordinarily constitute grounds for impeachment. @SenateDems , @HouseDemocrats, @SenateGOP, @HouseGOP, @SenatorCollins, @lisamurkowski, @SenThomTillis, @SenBillCassidy, @SenJohnCurtis, @SenToddYoung, @SenMarkKelly, @SenatorSlotkin, @SenOssoff, @SenAmyKlobuchar, @ChrisCoons, @SenatorHick, @SenatorShaheen, @SenatorHassan
BASH: The worry is that we end up in a situation where President Trump tries to overturn the election and the result of that could be like what we saw after January 6-- BLANCHE: Stop it! You gotta stop it with that! That's crazy BASH: This is a president who has a history

When Elon Musk talks about disabling Starlink for "terms of service" violations because it's a civilian product, he's gaslighting you. Russia used Starlink to murder Ukrainians for years and he didn't care. Ukraine uses military version Starshield for war, which Musk disabled.
💡 DID YOU KNOW? 2023: Russian military started using Starlink terminals. Ukrainains raised alarms immediately. 2024: Starlink became the backbone of military communications for the Russian military. 600,000 troops in occupied Ukraine. 2026: Starlink finally disabled for the Russians, 3 years later.

#Musk can no longer hide behind the US government. His explanations contradict each other, and the Pentagon denies ordering the restrictions. The evidence points straight at Musk. He must be held accountable for undermining Ukraine’s defence against Russian aggression.

#Starlink Musk expresses concern for Russian soldiers invading Ukraine while restricting the technology Ukrainians need to defend themselves. He is on the side of evil.
Elon Musk's statement about needing to have pity for Russian conscripts is the ultimate act of cynicism and hypocrisy. If Elon wants the war to stop and Russian conscripts not to die, the thing to do is help Ukraine win as quickly as possible, rather than forcing Ukraine to sacrifice itself. A Ukrainian victory is the only way to save the lives of the Russians Musk sympathizes with so deeply.

#Starlink Elon Musk put Ukrainian lives at risk by restricting critical battlefield communications while Russia was attacking. People died. If he imposed those restrictions to punish Ukraine for defending itself, he must be held accountable. Congress must investigate.

#Starlink If Elon Musk unilaterally restricted Ukraine’s military capabilities to punish it for striking Russian oil refineries, this goes far beyond corporate misconduct. An unelected billionaire interfering in a nation’s defence to protect the aggressor. Congress must investigate.
According to The Economist: "It appears to have come from a small circle around the president, Mr Musk and Steve Witkoff, the special envoy to Russia. Reports suggest Mr Musk wanted to punish Ukraine for striking Russian refineries. One official says he contacted the White House only after imposing the restrictions." If true, this suggests Elon Musk imposed the terminal-speed restrictions unilaterally, before notifying the White House. Congress must urgently investigate whether Musk acted without government authorization. It is unacceptable for a private citizen to exercise unilateral control over a vital military capability. Starshield is a defense system, and decisions to restrict its operational capabilities should rest with the appropriate government authorities, not the CEO of a private contractor. This should alarm everyone. The America-Ukraine link grows even spottier economist.com/europe/2026/10…

#Starlink Even Republicans are challenging Musk’s absurd justification. Ukraine is defending itself against a Russian invasion, not waging a war of aggression. The real scandal is that one billionaire’s company can disrupt a nation’s ability to defend itself.

#Starlink This is the real scandal: An unelected tech oligarch wielding the power to influence life-and-death decisions on the battlefield, without democratic accountability or transparency. Elon Musk’s control over critical military infrastructure is a threat to national security and democracy.
After Elon Musk posted on X saying he had throttled Ukraine’s use of Starlink after it was used for offensive attacks, House Armed Services Committee member Rep. Jason Crow (D-CO) says the billionaire’s ability to wield that power is “beyond disturbing to me.” “It cannot and should not be the case that a tech oligarch, a private citizen, who has that much control over our national security, who is unaccountable, who is unelected, with zero transparency, is making life and death decisions on the battlefield in systems that our service members and our partners and allies rely upon,” he adds.

#FORTRESSAmerica Die #USA rüsten sich für einen grossen Krieg – auch auf eigenem Boden.
FORTRESS: The Pentagon is preparing every major U.S. military base to survive 90 days without outside support — no civilian power grid, no global supply chains, no outside fuel or water. The initiative, revealed in documents reviewed by Fox News Digital, envisions portable nuclear reactors, massive battery storage, and microgrids that can disconnect installations from civilian electricity entirely. Strategic reserves of munitions, fuel, critical minerals, and medical supplies would be stockpiled based on wartime consumption rates. Civilian factories are being pre-identified to shift to defense production during a crisis. Pentagon chief spokesperson Sean Parnell put it bluntly: "Power is combat now. Without electricity, you lose communications, water, logistics, assembly lines and just basic military command structures." Full story here foxnews.com/politics/inside-…
