Back in 2005, the lads at the IWF in Newcastle who I’d been working with on some shows sent me this VHS of a lad named Ben, wrestling as PAC, with the moniker the Man That Gravity Forgot. And boy was it a good one for him.
People appear to disagree with me which is great. But it’s mostly people who have a bias. I don’t - I’ve spoken positively and negatively about RevPro because I’m an outsider to it.
Sometimes you need feedback from outside the bubble.

Do you know how much easier my life has been without Rovert? One year+ of burner accounts, obsessive bullshit, dragging my name, and my family into everything. A complete stranger making himself a recurring problem in a life he had absolutely nothing to do with. I have children to raise. I have clients. I have actual shit to do. Imagine how empty your life was to spend so much time trying to make somebody else’s life miserable. The peace of not dealing with that anymore is incredible.

Look, companies like UKPW have their place - gets young guys work, ideally they book somebody with a ring who is half decent and can rotate through working newcomers.
But any fan paying £50 for four tickets to it is fucking insane. Should be £10 each or four for £30 at a push.
Just saw somebody talk about a guy who probably worked an average of one match a month as somebody with a “25 year career”.
I mean, technically true, but fuck me it’s a showing that stats can really hide the truth.
Be like calling me a wrestler because I did one match.

Wrestling is wild. This Saturday one of the men that was training me this time 27 years ago will be refereeing my match against in Staffordshire, the place I was born and raised and on Sunday I’ll be wrestling my student that has trained under me for 14 years. That match will take place in Merseyside where I’ve lived for most of my life. Definitely feels like some sort of landmark full circle moment for me and career
