Pre-Season Starts back this week.
A Premier League player and England senior started pre-season with his club last year mid-June 2022 and finished with England this year mid-June 2023.
Thats a 12 month competitive season at the highest level of competition.
Do we view that as successful sport science periodisation to support that player through that length of elite-level competition OR do we view it as unsuccessful sport science support for not managing the length of that players competitive season better?
A little home delivery today from a great human!
It has been a pleasure to work with you.
Thanks ‘Mon Gars’ @JacobRamsey28

It has been a pleasure to lead the Academy Sport Science team at such a historic club and more importantly, to play a part in developing some extremely talented young men.
A great opportunity for a Physio to join the team!
