I have never once heard Lamar Huntley referred to as “Snoop.” I’ve heard it at least 15 times since this broadcast began 12 minutes ago. The booth received the memo, loud and clear.

Who will be the first NFL player brave enough to wear two double layered guardian caps?

He gave a perfectly reasonable physics-based answer to the question he made up about why ice feels slippery. Could have done the same to this question, but chose assholery.
In 1983, a BBC interviewer asked Richard Feynman why two magnets push each other apart — and he refused to answer it. What he did instead is the best seven minutes on thinking ever filmed. Bookmark & watch today, no matter what.

This Miami Dolphins team might be the worst team the NFL has seen since the O-16 Lions.

mathematically is the only place that it’s correct, and you’re prioritizing “strategy” over actuality. Actuality calls for focusing on getting the game to a tie, when you really have no business being in that position based on your overall play to begin with. Then all the math bros will dispel momentum not being a real thing on top of it

I don’t care what thousands of games of historical data and millions of simulations say. My “logic” says it’s wrong. Get this model off my lawn!
What an embarrassing day for the people who cite this model like scripture. Clearly it’s not as accurate as they thought. Don’t even have to know what the actual numbers are. I just know for sure what they aren’t

On some level, yes, the engineering is impressive. On another...of course it can beat a human? It's on wheels! It doesn't sweat. It is designed specifically for this sport. Would you be amazed that a Ford Taurus can outrun a human?
"Ouais mais non, ton IA nulle il y a des sports où elle ne pourra jamais battre un humain ... par exemple le tennis ou le badminton" Pendant ce temps en Chine ...

Come on man. They can’t possibly be worse than Maryland drivers.
NOW: local groups are protesting the use of autonomous vehicles in DC. They are calling for council to NOT pass a bill allowing companies like Waymo to operate here saying it will kill jobs and lead to a loss of accountability when a crash happens. @DCNewsNow

I absolutely felt that way with Nathan For You, but John Wilson’s show was the antidote.
when people find John Wilson mean spirited, I feel like the call is coming from inside the house. you can laugh at the absurdity of humans without automatically looking down on them

Coen was worse than Taylor in that game, and the refs were somehow worse than either of them.

That was a tour de force in terrible coaching. Zac Taylor leaves 12 men on the field for the field goal, then 5 yards closer Coen decides to punt when his kicker clearly has the leg, and it’s a touchback.

I breathed a sigh of relief when the Jags accepted that holding penalty. Would have been fourth and one, and we all know Zac would have punted. With that dude, I’d prefer third and 16.

There have been some genuinely scary hits in this game, including one that took Ja’Marr Chase out— maybe the league’s most electric player. None of them have been called, but they have thrown 12 questionable holding flags.
These refs also refuse to call any penalties for player safety despite calling penalties on every play

Tee Higgins just got juked off the field by Travis Hunter LMFAO 😭

John Madden: Well, I mean, there’s holding on practically every play. This ref crew: Yes, I agree.
