Memorial Day - as we remember those who sacrificed for our freedom, let us never forget to exalt the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!
"Rise up, O men of God!
Have done with lesser things.
Give heart and mind and soul and strength;
to serve the King of kings!" - (William P. Merrill)
"He who despises the Word will be destroyed, but he who fears the Commandment will be rewarded." (Prov. 13:13)
For a culture that mocks Jesus - just remember: Jesus is the Lamb of God and also the Lion of Judah!

The presence of God was palpable this afternoon at the pastor’s round table at the Men of a Memphis Conference.

Gratitude is having the right Attitude about God's Grace. A Thankful Heart is a Reflection of one's Appreciation for the One who Gives it All!

"Jesus is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of His being, sustaining all things by His powerful word." (Hebrews 1:3)
Everybody gets to be young, but not everyone has the blessing of growing old. #grateful
I love these pastor brothers.
It was great to host the West Tennessee Pastors Conference at @UnionUniversity again today and to have @DanSinquefield as our speaker. Thanks to Bryan Morris for his leadership as president of the conference this year
During lunch today with Pastor Chuck Herring, he shared the secret of faithful, godly service over a long period of time - a consistent, daily, personal quiet time with the Lord in His Word. I agree completely - our fresh love for Jesus keeps us focused and faithful!
"In peace I will both lie down and sleep, for You alone, O Lord, make me to dwell in safety." (Psalm 4:8)

"Only from the darkness of guilt can we see the light of grace!" Such a strong word this morning from Pastor @LeeBrand10 - Thank you!
