Why isn’t standing charges on electricity being “abolished” (added to unit price)? Lots of rural homes don’t tend to use mains gas. They don’t have access. They use heating oil, LPG and electric using air source. Rural communities ignored by Labour yet again.

Apart from the near £1bn spend difference there are quite a few similarities between Sir Alex 2 clubs recently. Terrible manager appointments, building squads for 1 tactical approach then pivoting 180 degrees. No coherent leadership leading to underperformance.
