Post-Ami LVEF dysfunction and VT with ICD shocks. LV mapped with #Optrell in sinus rhythm, since several fast VTs were easily induced with just 1 PVC and catheter manipulation. After RF ablation of the slow conduction zone, no more VTs were inducible #hospitalsantacruz #EPeeps

A good case today with HDGrid X. A PMD for SND, mechanical mitral valve, previous surgical and catheter AF/FLA ablation, and a relapsing FLA starting to develop LV dysfunction. LA mapping showed a mitral FLA, terminated with an anterior line @abottnews @EPeeps #hospitalsantacruz

2 interesting AF cases today, 1st a zero fluoro PVI with #ICE, 2nd an "AF" that turned out to be an AVRT by concealed posteroseptal AP! Great day, I am thankful and privileged to learn and work with a great team!

2nd case was a mitral flutter post-PVI with #farapulse. Endocardial ablation failed to stop the FLA, so RF applications in the mitral isthmus through the coronary sinus were performed, with conversion to SR. No other arrhythmia was inducible.
