We're opening the doors. UCruit is FREE for every college football staff through December 4th. Put it to work during the season by building your boards, organizing evals, managing visits, coaches travel, and more. Want in on your free trial? Send us a DM or request a demo at UCruit.net

FEATURE FRIDAY: ROSTER MANAGEMENT No more bouncing back and forth between spreadsheets just to figure out where your roster stands. Ucruit gives your staff one place to build the depth chart, track eligibility, and set scholarship and finance numbers. The roster snapshot shows where you are over or under at every position. Turn on the finance view to see exactly where the money is going. We understand that no two staff manage their rosters the same way, so positions, labels, targets, and financial goals can all be customized to how you see fit. Visit Ucruit.net for more

NEW FEATURE: MESSAGING Group-based messaging is now available in UCruit! Everything your staff needs to build, personalize, send, and track recruiting messages now lives alongside the rest of your recruiting workflow. Build a list using the information already in your database, add a graphic or questionnaire, assign it to the right coach and send through text or X. Once it’s sent, the message is logged back to the player’s profile. Instead of needing a separate service just for recruiting communication, Messaging is included with everything else UCruit already offers. One platform, one database and one connected recruiting process. As always, see more/book a demo at ucruit.net

FEATURE FRIDAY: GAMETRACKER Free your staff from hours of manual score entry. Have peace of mind knowing UCruit’s GameTracker does it automatically. See who’s playing with schedules refreshed every hour. Game previews show you which recruits to keep an eye on before kickoff, while detailed recaps break down how each game unfolded. When a score goes final, you’ll receive a notification directly through the UCruit mobile app. Wake up Saturday morning knowing exactly how your recruits performed. Learn more at ucruit.net
