Hello @memdotai 👋 just setting up my Twitter flow. Here's my validation code: uiibgA7u5yrmvc8w8GWi

George Box was writing about statistical and scientific models when he said this but I think it also applies to maps we create under design methodologies. Whether or not a map is fully accurate isn’t the right question to ask. ‘Is it useful?’ is a much better measure of its value

Does your systems map tell a story or is it a puzzle? Both styles are important and have their place. A good story tells me what I need to know. A well-design puzzle allows me to discover what I need to know

No matter what process or approach I’m following, design is about two things: discovery and decision making

Design is not only ‘the way something works’ it is also the way something is built

We will win when we can show how design thinking is useful rather than how it is correct

Innovation; today's one word response to the question, 'What is the goal of Service Design?'

Used this post by Cooper (cooper.com/journal/2014/8/se…) to introduce a colleague to Service Blueprints. Waiting to see if they want more
