Polish PM @donaldtusk has staged a coup d'etat by taking over, with riot police, the Constitutional Tribunal. He gave orders to the police that the police should be in possession of "submachine guns, weapon storage boxes, kevlar helmets, bulletproof vests, high-visibility vests"& "smoothbore firearms."
Tusk is happy to kill his own people. The EU is of course, that important.

Dear Commanders,
In view of the operational situation in the country, I order that, from 2 November 2026 (from the first shift of duty) to 8 November 2026 (until the end of the third shift of duty inclusive), forces from Police Prevention Units and independent Police Prevention Subunits serving as part of the central reserve forces of the Commander-in-Chief of the Police be kept in full readiness for immediate deployment within the area of their parent unit, in accordance with the duty schedule for November 2026.
The deployment order will be issued by the Operations Centre of the Commander-in-Chief of the Police.
Prevention platoons will deploy in training uniform, equipped with individual short firearms, personal protective equipment, means of direct coercion (including backpack-mounted pepper spray), smoothbore firearms with non-penetrating ammunition, flashlights, high-visibility vests marked “POLICJA”, as well as standard transport and communication assets. In addition, prevention platoons are to be equipped with submachine guns, weapon storage boxes, kevlar helmets, bulletproof vests, high-visibility vests, body-worn cameras, thermal-imaging, night-vision and photo-video equipment held by the unit, and one “Zapora” set per platoon. Furthermore, each prevention platoon is to be equipped with the maximum number of rapid-response vans and marked pick-up vehicles.
The commander of a prevention platoon should have weapon storage boxes, spare batteries for radiotelephones and chargers for them. Drivers are to be equipped with “fleet” fuel cards.
Police officers on duty are to be provided with the opportunity to complete local professional development training.
In the indicated period, I exclude from duty within the central reserve forces of the Commander-in-Chief of the Police the subunits from the Police Prevention Unit in Olsztyn.

POLISH POLITICIANS ARE NOW QUESTIONING THE IDENTITIES OF OFFICERS DEPLOYED OUTSIDE THE COUNTRY’S CONSTITUTIONAL TRIBUNAL.
During the tense nighttime confrontation in Warsaw, MEP Grzegorz Braun filmed riot police standing in formation outside the Constitutional Tribunal.
Braun pointed to officers whose helmets appeared to lack visible identification numbers or markings, raising doubts about whether everyone in the formation could be properly identified.
“IS THIS EVEN THE POLICE, OR A GANG OF IMPOSTORS?!”
His allegation was echoed by Polish politician Włodzimierz Skalik, who described attempting to obtain an officer’s identification number.
Skalik claimed that the officer appeared not to understand Polish and turned to another officer for an explanation.
“HE GAVE THE IMPRESSION THAT HE DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS SAYING TO HIM — THAT HE DID NOT UNDERSTAND POLISH.”
The allegations come amid Poland’s escalating constitutional confrontation, with President Karol Nawrocki and opposition politicians challenging the government’s actions surrounding the Constitutional Tribunal.
THE CONTROVERSY NOW EXTENDS BEYOND WHO CONTROLS THE COURT — TO WHETHER THE OFFICERS ENFORCING SECURITY CAN BE INDIVIDUALLY IDENTIFIED.
Some helmets and shields in the footage visibly carry police markings, while other identification details are obscured or difficult to distinguish.
There is no verified evidence in the footage that the officers are impostors or foreign personnel.
SHOULD EVERY OFFICER DEPLOYED AT A CONSTITUTIONAL COURT BE CLEARLY IDENTIFIABLE — ESPECIALLY DURING A DISPUTE OVER THE LEGALITY OF THE OPERATION?

I've been saying it for awhile now but we need to really address the judge question across the Western world. In the video below you see 2 Polish Judges attempting to grab and block the sitting President of Poland.
We need to start throwing Judges in Jail for bad rulings. Enough with Judicial immunity. These people aren't above the law and its insane we've allowed this to go on.

Ze szczątkowych informacji, na jakiej podstawie zawieszono B. Święczkowskiego, wynika, że ma to być art. 19 ustawy o statusie sędziów TK, który mówi, że do spraw nieuregulowanych w tej ustawie stosuje się „przepisy dotyczące praw i obowiązków sędziów SN” i art. 130 ustawy o SN, który pozwala zawiesić sędziego sądu powszechnego, gdy zachowuje się w sposób godzący w powagę sądu.
Nie myślałem, że przyjdzie mi kiedyś bronić Święczkowskiego, ale ta podstawa prawna jest nieistniejąca z miliona powodów.
Po pierwsze, odpowiedzialność dyscyplinarna sędziów TK jest uregulowana szczegółowo, więc nie można do niej stosować art. 19, który mówi o sprawach nieuregulowanych.
Po drugie, z tej podstawy prawnej wynika, że Święczkowskiego zawiesił … Żurek. Bo to minister sprawiedliwości zawiesza sędziego, który jest prezesem sądu powszechnego. Nie wiadomo, kto zawiesił Sochańskiego.
O ile minister sprawiedliwości sprawuje nadzór na sądami powszechnymi, nie może go sprawować nad TK - zwłaszcza że sędziowie TK podlegają zgodnie z art. 195 Konstytucji w zakresie sprawowania urzędu tylko Konstytucji, a nie ustawom, jak sędziowie zwykli. Zawieszenie prezesa TK przez ministra sprawiedliwości jest więc działaniem bezpośrednio naruszającym z pięć przepisów konstytucji. Poza tym życzę powodzenia, jak władza się zmieni i ten precedens wobec prezesa i sędziów TK zacznie wykorzystywać nowy Ziobro.
Po trzecie, odpowiednie zastosowanie art. 19 nie zostało tu dokonane w odniesieniu do praw i obowiązków sędziów TK, ale do rozszerzenia kompetencji władzy wykonawczej wobec władzy sądowniczej.
Podsumowując - dzisiejsza akcja pod TK moim zdaniem grzebie ten organ i kwestię praworządności na dwie dekady. Zdjęcia uzbrojonej policji i interpretacje prawne, według których minister sprawiedliwości może usunąć z urzędu prezesa TK zarządzeniem będą się odbijały potężnym, antypraworządnościowym refluksem przez lata.

Adam Borowski oznajmił dziś pod TK, że dowodzący akcją ze strony Komendy Stołecznej Policji Tomasz Znajdek jest człowiekiem, który wiele lat temu ugodził nożem kolegę ze służby. Miał uniknąć odpowiedzialności za ten czyn dzięki pomocy (tudzież układom) ojca, który (rzekomo) był funkcjonariuszem resortów siłowych poprzedniego ustroju.
Borowski wypowiedział te słowa przed kamerami i oznajmił, że jest gotowy udowodnić to przed sądem.
