My goal last year was to write my first novel. I wrote 100,000 words by April, completed a 3rd draft by August, and received over 50 rejections from literary agents by December.
My goal this year is to write my second novel.
I'm at my peak rating in rapid, blitz, and bullet, on chesscom, which unfortunately means I can no longer play chess.

The Mavericks are firing Harrison nine months after the jarring and stunning Luka Doncic trade – a move for which Dumont took accountability and accepted as a mistake in a court-side interaction with a fan on Monday night.
Today, many of us around the world have lost our first chess coach. I stumbled into the game of chess like many others, through a video of Daniel Naroditsky commentating a chess game. Danya talked about chess in a way that made me think even I could play.
So I watched his videos and learned. He had an ability that not every great chess player has, the ability to teach to a beginner just as well as a master.

We are very pleased to announce this partnership between the CCC and @chesscom. Bridging the OTB and online spheres is key to moving chess forward. This is one step in the right direction.

You ever had someone in a drive through say your name wrong but it’s an objectively cooler name? Anyways I’m going by “Vandal” now.

Surprise! After over 5 years, I unretired for a blitz tournament. Ended with 6/9 and had the honor of getting crushed by Danya and Bortnyk OTB!

This is such a good Tweet that I put it in an article: chess.com/article/view/how-t…. Then later I had to delete it from another article I was working on because I need to find some new content.

I was unaware there was a different reason for sacrificing a piece.
