A quick word on Middlesbrough today, I thought they looked very one dimensional in their play, I'd be pretty worried if I was one of their fans. Can see them being in a relegation battle come the end of the season #ncfc #boro

Kicking myself about Man Utd. You could lay 13/1 just before season to win the league. 8% profit over eight months - buying money.

Brain Freeze is owned by Ian Davison and it was consolation for one of his partners with the horse, Ronnie Evans. It's Ronnie's 77th birthday and he's a passionate Boro fan who was at Wembley on Saturday when his team lost the play-offs final. "This makes up for it," he said.
