Well yesterday I did The Lap.
47 miles, 8000 plus foot of climb around Windermere.
No idea why!
It was walking rather than running.
Bloody hell - it was hot.
The uphills were serious. The downhills were slippy.
Proud of myself now - and the medal!
Definitely never again …
