A6: Things like being able to clarify notes from meetings, provide inisght into action items, content creation, will help in many scenarios. #CollabTalk

A5: I think it will be interesting to see if utilization grows for things like MSFT Teams or content entry in SharePoint. I would rather focus on quality vs. quantity. If quality of content is better, do you need as many interactions? #CollabTalk

A4: It depends. Some is basic utilization, others is based on outcomes being achieved in timelines in Agile processes. #CollabTalk

A3: First is to define roles, what are top goals that need to be achieved. What will have the greatest business impact? Prioritize list & see the level of complexity involved in each scenario. What can bring the most value, with least complexity, first to make intro. #CollabTalk

A2: Content creators will get a huge lift IMO. Most users I've seen are not professional comms people and try their hardest to create content, but not always effective. #CollabTalk

A2: I think many roles from content creators, executives, analysts, admins, and even developers can take advantage, but the use cases should be defined for each role so that the right outcomes are achieved #CollabTalk

It's interesting, but in our teams, we had already moved towards that scenario before MSFT gave the extra push. Forward-thinking or maybe got lucky
