Ace Combat 8 is going to be the big snub of this year isn't it?

As a kid Shadow the Hedgehog PS2 (it was way more intense than I thought it'd be at 6yo) and the cutscene in the Secret Pllace in KH1 because it got a little too deep for baby Steven to handle in my Disney game 🤣🤣
Slight vague spoilers:
I think this movie is the first MCU Spider-Man film that feels like a Spider-Man film. There are other MCU characters present but they don't overshadow Peter. This film depicts Peter on his own, cutoff from the Avengers he used to depend on 1/4
The action is just right, too. With Holland in a practical suit, all the visuals are stunning and right out of Spider-Man comics/games/fils of the past. It felt like a homecoming (lol). It's also the Spider-Man brand of funny! I love it! My biggest thing is that- 3/4
26. Castlevania Belmont's Curse (PS5)
8/10
I really like this game! It has a few quirks I don't love but the art, character designs, bosses, platforming and structure were all wonderful. It's heavy on the platforming, but I had a lot of fun! I'd recommend it!
No Spoilers, but I want to expound on this a little.
My nitpick complaint is there's no bestiary/enemy names don't appear when hit, and the music isn't that memorable lol.
My real complaints are the relic system and lack of equipment that comes with it and how that feels. 1/6
I think this game does a lot of things really well. Rose and her schizophrenia voices are great and the plot is fun. Death has imo his best characterization ever and Dracula and Isaac have killer designs. Each boss is different and fun and the layout of the Castle flows nice. 5/6
