Nottingham. Race 6. 19.48. 500m HCP The paper says Nidderdalesummer. Trap 2, 10 metres, 30.76 best recent time, expected 29.96. Clearest on the clock. She’s got a mind of her own. Disqualified in July, since gone through clearing trials. If she gets on the bunny she should win. If she’s in one of those moods she can hold the race up for everyone else. Lemon Shirley is off scratch in trap 6. Fastest raw clock in the race at 30.59, and she’s the one who gives the start rather than takes it. Kellies Jewel on 5 metres is the other one to watch if the front end falls apart. If trap 2 behaves, she wins. If she doesn’t get out in front & on the bunny, the race opens up.
