We built the first marketing agent that builds beautiful newsletters, AND segments and personalizes the messaging 1:1 reliably to not sound like slop.
No other architecture supports this level of flexibility and control for email marketers.
Singulate is now available for $49/mo with the Studio plan.
Try building your first campaign for free for 14 days.
🤖 Made with AI
Today we're announcing Singulate Studio - agentic personalized newsletters, fit for everyone.
No other email marketing platforms do this.
Singulate Studio makes all of this $49/mo:
1) designs and builds HTML emails from scratch
2) plugs into your CRM/database for contact data
3) researches any data gaps
4) segments by industry, persona, seniority, geo, anything custom
5) personalizes 1:1 content like recommendations, takeaways, examples
6) fine-tunes and guardrails outputs for quality at scale
7) delivers the email either through Singulate or your own provider
This level of marketing orchestration isn't done in any other email builder.
Try the 14-day free trial and build an email - tell me what you think.
So after sleeping on it and thinking more about it I’m upping this to 8 out of 10.
I’m conflicted about it. It was not a great first impression coming out of the theater but made more sense/saw more meaning and art the more I thought about it and researched.
You Can See Everything
4/10
Excellent documentary - really well done cinematography and music. For a documentary, very good. Interesting layers, great journalism.
As a movie?
It was 3 hours of nothing happening.
It could have been cut in half and twice as interesting. Way overrated.
I can only imagine how awfully boring this would be if you didn’t research details about Theranos beforehand.
My buddy said it had 26 minutes of standing ovation at a private film festival. Why?

Jumping cars, not flying cars. *Jumping*
I hate to be the one to burst the Tesla bubble today, but the spectacular “flight” we witnessed at the Roadster reveal needs a little context. The car is carrying around 250kg of compressed air, plus the weight of the tanks, valves and thrusters needed to contain and release it.
Based on the published figures, that gives it roughly 1.5–2 seconds of maximum thrust before the system needs to be refilled.
In short, it's a gimmick.
I saved $2,182 chatting for a few total minutes with @hark_labs and @Muse.
I wanted to see if personal assistant apps like Hark, Muse, @instinct, @dots, @bot were worth the hype.
TLDR. massive paradigm shift for me.
Here are a few examples of it doing things that have been on my list for a while:
- Hark canceled 5 subscriptions, saving me $872/year, and a $22 refund.
- Hark paused my lawn care service ($1,163 so far this year).
- I gave Hark access to my Rocket Money. I asked it how much I've spent on things like Amazon or at a certain store. It highlighted more ways to save money.
- Muse researched restaurants and booked me an OpenTable reservation for a date night.
- Muse analyzed my 7k LinkedIn connections to find intros into key accounts.
Side quest: I needed a very specific, custom icon that I used to pay $125/ea to create.
I tried Nano Banana, Recraft, Claude, Grok Imagine, and ChatGPT.
ChatGPT did the best because it could actually produce a clean transparent PNG file. Recraft and Nano Banana were near useless.
Now, part of my morning routine is I share my top 3 goals for the day with Muse and Hark.
Here's what's next on my list:
- Migrate email marketing software.
- Rebuild my personal website daveschools dotcom
- Since Muse integrates with Meta, I want to experiment with automating ads to IG, Facebook, and Threads
- Automate sending personalized DMs through Linkedin
The big takeaway for me from this:
Before, when an idea came to mind, you would reflexively jot it down on a to-do list. You'd make a note. Write it on the fridge. Set a reminder. Slack yourself. Whatever your method.
Now, instead of making a note or reminder, you text your AI assistant, who has its own computer, the logins, and the tools to complete the tasks for you. Just chat with it back and forth and in a minute it's done.
That's not even the crazy part.
💡 The crazy part is that now the same amount of time it takes to simply write a to-do down is the same time it takes to just get the actual whole thing done. 💡
Getting it all done takes about as long as writing it down, which means you are able to do something else with your time, like play with your kids, exercise, read, or get work done.
That's where this is going.
Action at the speed of chat.
Getting more done, but you're not the one doing it. Your assistant is.
PS. Yes, I used Hark to publish a fuller version of this as a blog post on my personal site. I wrote it in my Apple Notes and published it from my phone.
Prove me wrong.
Every AI image generation app is just a worse, slower, more expensive, and more complex UI version of ChatGPT, Claude, Nano Banana, or Grok Imagine.
I'll wait.
We're announcing something big soon with Singulate's product and we're looking for 10 early testers to try it out.
For those who don't know, Singulate is (the first?) email marketing agent that builds branded campaigns in seconds, including the hard data work of segmentation and personalized messaging.
I don't know of any other agents that do this - for B2B marketing (not sales) emails at meaningful scale (100k+ contacts).
Send me a DM or note at dave @ singulate dot com if you're interested.
First 10 testers get 12 months free access.
Sharing God’s prompts that he used to create everything.
Even the On High didn’t one-shot.
It took 6 days to make it good.
Someone at a conference last week called it "clauderboarding"
Lazy work used to mean too little output.
Now, with AI, it often means too much and more work for everyone else.
@tobi call it "slop grenades."
A "Slop Grenade" is when you let AI produce the work and pass it on without adding any value (including checking it).
Someone else has to wade through it, catch the mistakes, and clean up the mess.
You save time and look productive but someone else pays for it.
I want this
Free startup idea: software product called Artisan that disables all AI across your apps when initiated.
Features include:
- Manager mode where you can put director reports in the penalty box for AI slop by deactivating their AI
- Slop detector that calls out AI slop before you share it & suggests initiating Artisan
Working with Claude is like working with an insecure smart person.
When smart people feel insecure, they talk a lot more than they have to and they write a lot more than they have to - they cover their bases because they don't know what the core part is that really matters, so they give you all the information in all the ways, because what you care about must be in there somewhere. They make sure it "sounds" good and "looks" good - and it does - but it actually comes across as really stupid.
This was the premise that we built our company upon.
Cold email will behave more like an advertising model in the near future (i.e., "pay-to-play").
Therefore subscribers -- your opted in contacts and customers -- will become the last free, organic, and owned digital channel on the internet.
Therefore the challenge will not be reaching cold audiences, but doing more + better with the audiences you already own.
Therefore more attention and resources will be [finally] poured into lifecycle marketing, email nurtures, drips, welcome sequences, newsletters, etc. to make them perform more + better.
These email use cases will undergo similar AI transformation as cold email and become more micro-segmented and hyper-personalized.
No email marketing tools make this easy at all.
This is what Singulate does.
