Sat next to a vent, freezing cold. Had to give my little girl my coat. 拢200 quid to travel like this on @CrossCountryUK Shambles! And they go on strike for more money 馃槀 Some of the highest paid train drivers in Europe driving awful trains on a sub standard network!
