The guy who was arrested yesterday outside the Palestine Action court case for pausing too long while singing “In the UK it’s illegal to say I support Palestine Action” has predictably been released without charge.

In order to accept the truth that there is ONE PARTY, many people would have to go into a form of shock, finding their lifelong belief systems to be wrong and to have to reconstruct a new one God help us

🚨 The government has just introduced a bill called the Energy Independence Bill whose main job is to make it illegal to hand out new licences to drill for oil and gas in the North Sea… This is the same week the Prime Minister is talking about easing the cost of living crisis, with fuel prices up nearly 30% in a year, inflation at 3.5%, and the Bank of England raising rates to 4% today for the first time in three years And while saying it expects inflation to hit 5% by the middle of next year, with energy the main reason UK businesses already pay about 45% more for energy than the G7 average Existing fields can keep going for now, but as they run down no new licences means less and less of our own, and while new drilling would not take money off anyone’s bill tomorrow because oil and gas sell at world prices and new fields take years Every barrel and every bit of gas we don’t produce here still gets bought from somewhere else and the tax, the jobs and the security go with it They’ve called it the Energy Independence Bill while the actual plan is to produce less here and buy more from other countries Only in Britain would you name a bill after the exact thing it makes harder.

Anyone else notice how completely calm Trump is about the midterm losses? Almost makes me think he knew it was coming and has something up his sleeve. Maybe not but his mild responses are uncharacteristic to say the least

But what about Chernobyl? Heroshima? This IS the good news. Your fear is from their lies. It is not real. They are not God. Just look at it.

I can’t quite get over the fact that one of the main architects of the budget… *the actual budget* has to make a correction like this It’s humiliating. It’s woeful. And it’s astonishing.
Of course the brilliant men and women across the country who run small businesses are working people - they are the backbone of our high streets and our economy.

According to Andy, the big issues are 4p off gherkins and banning ketchup sachets. An unserious, glorified Mayor.

We're in the chaos phase of the order out of chaos playbook.
Hackers broke into supermarket fridges across Europe and cranked them up to 50°C overnight. Food is rotting in 6 countries… DC lost power the night before the midterms. All this after a wave of AI financial attacks… It feels like we’re living in the opening scene of a dystopian movie.

Migrants want more migrant rights - who’d have thought?! 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
73% of migration consultation responses were from migrants They said the rules should be laxer Who would have guessed that What’s more surprising is that the government agreed and did what they asked….. It’s time the government put British citizens’ interests first

Imagine if everyone read The Light Paper. Perhaps the world would be a better place. More people questioning things, looking beyond the headlines and getting perspectives that might actually match their own, not just the BBC's.
